My cousin had her wedding here. The day of her wedding, the staff was great, the food was surprisingly good, and the bartenders took care of us.
My only caution occurred at wedding rehearsal. During the rehearsal, the sales staff walked a family through. When I made a comment about the rudeness in that moment, I was told the "wedding rehearsal is complimentary" and then he pulled my cousin outside to speak about our exchange. I have never heard of a place charge you for wedding rehearsal after you pay for a wedding and their service to include that during your wedding rehearsal show the venue as though you're not there.

Today 8/10 I was at a 15 in the (Grandview east) and the bar was Terrible the bar tender were rude and argumentative when asked if they can make a drink tell me we don't carry any of the ingredients when I clearly see them right behind them I had to ask a waiter for all the ingredients except the alcohol go back up to the bar and have them put a shot in, They said all they do is print mixed strings and that they don't measure anything and the drink And the drink they do have tastes nothing but syrup just disgusting I recommend if your going to have a party and your paying for liquor find a place that serves better liquor or at least get better bartenders who know what they're doing

Beautiful banquet halls! I photographed a 16th birthday celebration here, and it was breathtaking with all the effort and how decorative it was all done by the location. The staff was extremely sweet! And let's not forget the food... absolutely DELICIOUS. Highly recommend having your event here if you're looking for a formal banquet hall!
