I had this store recommended to me by a friend. It was even better than he said. The birds there are great--well cared for. The selection of bird toys is great. There was a really nice staff member there named Joan, who is very knowledgeable about birds.

I call them before I order online, especially if I have coupons. I have 4 giant dogs and can buy 5 bags at a time. I sign up for rewards and coupons. One time I even received a 35% off coupon in an email, and it was for anything.it saved me a ton of money. Bought 5 bags. However, I would recommend visiting the store because sometimes they have deep discounts and you can use that with a coupon. Otherwise you will get the online price at full price with the coupon. One can really save here. I used to order via Amazon and then chewy, but Pet supplies plus delivers and so they are now my go to store. I broke my elbow, foot and had COVID all at the same time, and was so disabled but they bring it right to the doorstep. 5 40lb bags, It helped me so much.

It's 8:50pm and the doors are locked already. Employees are inside but didn't let me in. Walked in rain just to be left outside ... bad management

Honestly extremely upset at the customer service I received a couple days ago. The cashier didn't acknowledge me at all while she was ringing me and and was too focused on texting. She was literally texting on her phone as she's ringing me out. When I had stepped into the store I saw the same thing with her, she was on her phone the entire time I was in the store. She is a young white lady I believe her name is Michaela. It was not the first time I have seen her do this I am letting a manager know next time because this was extremely unacceptable.

Nice, convenient store with a lot of options for food and treats for cats, dogs, small animals, wild birds. They sell some fish, birds and small animals. Good prices and special offers for members every once in a while. They also host vet clinics and collect donations for animal rescue groups.

The only negative is this location does not have grooming for cats and more dog centered. The customer service is very pleasant and the store is very clean. They do have entire cat lane just about which is not found in a lot of pet stores. The prices are very reasonable and they have an app available.

Great store with good selection of evetyyhinng. Best thing are the friendly helpful staff. Many times I order online and have my order delivered,always goes like clockwork with sameday delivery. Don't see myself ever shopping anywher else for my Dog.

Tried using the online autoship for bedding. Despite the order being every 2 weeks, they never have the bedding in stock on the scheduled delivery day. I am not sure how this happens when they have the order 2 weeks prior.

Elmwood Park PSP is the best. They go over the top with excellent customer service. Something wonderful among my normally purchased items is always on sale (love when we hit a 2 for 1 deal); and I receive email reminders for weekend sales (like 20/25 % off) so I can stock up. And free delivery is a lifesaver - I work late and frequently can't get to the store before closing. If something's out of stock, the staff calls to offer substitutes. The best thing is that they support my fav local charity, Animal Care League @animalcareleague.org - so I can purchase items to add to the donation bin while I'm shopping anyway. I love the friendly neighborhood vibe and will continue to shop local support EP PSP!

Every single person working here is fantastic. I want to especially commend Angel Ponce. When my dog was slowly dying ; he worked especially hard to locate a food that he could eat. Very few businesses can boast such dedicated employees. Now I have a puppy. Once again as I transitioned him to an appropriate puppy food , this staff was knowledgeable, kind & very helpful. I mean every time I came to the store. For being a small store, this location Carrie's a substantial amount of quality foods& treats. The management is very good & very responsive. I dropped many other businesses in favor of this store.
