Well, family, I have to tell you. This place is terrible. I try to support my community, but today When Enough it is enough. I spent over a thousand dollars on car washes this summer. I finally added enough stems to receive a free one. Maybe because it was free, they could treat you like garbage. Now my car washes are over thirty dollars. And this was the worst one I ever received after I took it back to show the owner the only thing she told me was I would talk to my people. I will never go there again. Poor customer service poor people for workers. They didn't clean the back of the truck, the door jam, the rubber mats, and the passengers stepped up.

I would never go there again!!!. It was a waste of time and money. I went and got the luxury wash for $43 to wash interior and exterior and was is included. When I got the car after the wash is over I saw that they left so my spot and surfaces untouched inside the car. When I told them they said that it doesn’t say that the wash is included on the sign. What kind of service is this?

First time here and it was the worst! They gave me their most expensive wash and my car was still dirty ! They cleaned nothing honestly just sprayed water on the Matt’s and when I told the owner she gave me attitude. And said I didn’t pay for inner cleaning which I was confused because I payed for their expensive package and I was told it was inner cleaning but either way my car didn’t get clean got attitude from the owner she gave horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend and make sure to check everything is still in your car before leaving because they also threw away my handicap.

Can’t recommend it. Don’t waste your money here. You’re better off just going to jet brite paying and vacuuming yourself. Doesn’t matter which package you pick, my car came in clean and left basically exactly as it came in. Exterior wash was fine, but interior clean… they didn’t clean anything. So save your money and do it yourself. Trust me!

My boyfriend showed me this car wash when we first got together and I don’t take my car anywhere else. I stay up north and none of the car washes up there can compare to this. Julie is a sweetheart and has gone out her way to make sure we get the best bang for our buck always. I have recommended this place to my family and coworkers and will continue to keep this as my go to for my washes.

Best car wash on NW side. Always great friendly staff that take great care of your car! Prices are great and amazing work!!! Also great detailing, Had my classic Black Mercedes done and got compliments everywhere!!! Amazing place

Never coming back again they mess up your vehicle and do not take actions for what they caused. They don’t change their cleaning rags. If I were you you’re better off going to a regular car wash.
