I highly recommend this company!! No need to keep searching. They were very responsive on Yelp and were very easy to communicate with. They showed up as scheduled with a wonderful team and got to work right away. I was so impressed by their hard work and how well they cleaned the home. Very detailed and will use them again! Recomiendo esta compañía!! No tienes que seguir buscando. Fueron muy receptivos en Yelp y fue muy fácil comunicarme con ellos. Vinieron a mi casa a la hora programada y empezaron a trabajar inmediatamente. Estoy impresionada con su trabajo duro y que bien limpiaron mi casa. Muy detallados y los llamaré de nuevo!

On Saturday December 17th, 2022, a couple showed up at my place for a deep cleaning and it was not a good job, it was a great job! This man and woman team simply did an outstanding job. What am I comparing this to? Well, over the course of many years I have hired many cleaning services that only became one-time jobs because their workmanship was only okay to bad. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Anyone who does a job as well as they did should be acknowledged for the level of service they performed. Would I hire them again? Yes, without any hesitation. Would I recommend them to others? Once again, without any hesitation. As a matter of fact, I highly recommend them!

I used Maria's Cleaning for two years. They were great at first. But as the years progressed there scheduling has been quite a challenge to handle. I would always schedule my cleaning appointments online. Maria's Cleaning would always change the day, the time or change the day and time. I would have to accommodate to them on what time and day they could come. They would never accommodate to my requested days and times.The final straw was when I requested a cleaning 5 days before Christmas. I scheduled it several weeks before. They approved the day and time. The cleaning day came and a minute right before they were scheduled to arrive, I received a text that they weren't coming. This is the text what I received-Sorry for the late notice but Im very Struggle and overbooked with services and I cant do your service in that Area today...Very unprofessional.Needless to say I was very angered because I was expecting a cleaning that day right before the holiday. So I responded with a text back saying I was disappointed but wanted a free cleaning another day for the inconvenience.Well, needless to say I was turned down for a free cleaning, because of my demeanor and apparently my service area was getting too far for them.I think it was just plain awful how I was treated after using their services for two years and never once complained about their scheduling, or when the some of cleaning took 3+ hours. I paid on time and was always accommodating.I would suggest reconfiguring your service area boundaries if you are not wanting to drive to customers who live in the north suburbs like me or people who live way southwest like, Naperville and Joliet.After this experience I would not recommend this cleaning service.

They did an incredible job. Great communication--we were not home when they cleaned so had to coordinate letting them in but it went smoothly. They sent us a ton of pictures when they were done. Highly recommend !

Great service! Etien, Maria and Reina deep cleaned our home. They were punctual, professional and the service was perfect. Everything was cleaned to perfection, leaving nothing unwiped, dirty or with mark. Our home smells and looks clean. The countertops and appliances shine and the pet hair are all gone.We highly recommend Maria's cleaning services and we are looking forward to our next service appointment!
