I have been dealing with Huntington Bank from my father‘s estate for over three years. As the executor, we close all accounts, there is a safety deposit box left in his friends name. I have walked in with the keys for the safety deposit box and the court documents from the estate. they would not give who the safety deposit box name was. But, they keep sending us a bill with the persons name that it belongs to. I have went to the bank and tried to give them the information of where the person lives their phone number. They did not except taking the persons name and phone number to contact them. They continue to still send us a bill. I highly recommend to do no business with Huntington Bank.

Most Huntingtons have friendly people working but there’s an older gentleman who works this drive thru that’s extremely rude ?Always has an attitude, maybe it’s time to retire ?

A learning experience...I needed to buy an X amount of foreign currency. I called a few brunches and they all said they don’t do them in their location. I called to this location and they left me a voicemail saying that the cost of the transaction would be six dollars. A few days later, I show up and Kris says that the fee is eight. The teller is a trainee who is never done it. I asked for someone who has experienced and Kris insists that the trainee should do it because it is a learning experience. Like around five o’clock when the system closed, I realized the whole thing was wrong. I called corporation they assured me the branch would take care of it. Next day I showed up and asked for a manager when Sandra said that she is responsible. Kris and the trainee are there. They said it was my fault because they did not understand what I asked for. Sandra very naïve she could not understand the situation because she did not know how to exchange currency. I explained her. I told them that the whole learning experience Kris said early saying that she didn’t know how to do it either used some rubrics and had me signed the transaction. I asked Sandra that the whole situation needed to be solved and I waited patiently while she must do something, but she said multiple times that she was not to bother the manager because she is on vacation. I overheard saying to the trainee that how could she overbridged her manager. Sandra cordially invited me to go to another branch or call corporation again, I should go on with my life until the manager would come back from vacation.In conclusion…. The whole learning experience was full of ineptitude… the irony is that the branch is second place in performance and that Sandra and Kris do not care for my time nor my business. I have to write this review in hopes that the manager or corporation help me out.

Terrible service, they should visit the chase down the road in and out service with no issues. Here it's a problem to do a withdrawal from your own account.

Kathy, personal banker was highly attentive and went above and beyond to help with my request. I'm really greatful.Customer service over the phone couldn't help, but the staff at this branch was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

No Italian, polish, German, French, Japanese, Chinese speaking staff either. Guess one must learn to Speak English to communicate.

The tellers are friendly and informative. The personal bankers are helpful. They're not as pushy as other banks I've dealt with when trying to sell you things you don't need. I had an issue with my debit card pin number and they were prompt in helping me resolve it.
Also, they have chocolate chip cookies and coffee! :-)
