When our regular cleaners we have been using for 15 years closed, we were in need of a new place. Reading reviews, I wasn't sure if this would be it, but as the husband's dress shirts stacked up, decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! The owner is very nice and the shirts were perfectly cleaned and pressed!

Sue has a great cleaners and her customer service is exceptional!! My wife and I both had our tailoring and dry cleaning done here. She's so sweet and an expert in this industry. Happy to of found a gold mine of a place.

Dropped off a wool coat and two blazers for all three I was charged $29 and my coat still had lint and pet hair on it. It was obvious that it was not cleaned at all. Very disappointed, a complete waste of money.

I don't like to write poor reviews but felt like I need to add my poor experience here. I dropped off clothes at this cleaners several times, each time not feeling like the clothes were fully clean. I pointed out a few items where there were spills and my prior cleaners would mark those areas to pre treat however they did not seem concerned, but charged me extra for those items. When picking up my items the stains were still there. I went home and checked my prior dry cleaning and noticed the same issue across most all my shirts from the prior drop offs. I asked them to re-clean and they were very argumentative and I believe ruined several of my shirts by pressing in stains. Very poor quality and customer service.

I called this place to ask about their prices after seeing so many positive reviews. I needed a men's suit and a few pairs of work pants dry cleaned. Not sure who I spoke with on the phone, I am assuming it was Sue. My conversation on the phone: Me: Hi, I am just calling because I have two questions about pricing. How much do you charge for dry cleaning a men's suit? Her: $9.75 Me: Great! What about pants? Her: (Nasty tone) I am with a customer right now I cannot talk, I am busy. *click* LOL. Alrighty then. I guess you aren't looking for any new customers. And by the way.. it would have taken less time to just answer the question than telling me why you can't answer the question and how busy you are. I don't expect flowers and sunshine from my dry cleaner, but basic courtesy would be great. No need to be nasty. Will not be coming here, nor will anyone from my large family, all who have used this place for years.

Did not clean the stain, moreover were assuring me that it’s clean while the yellow stain was still there. Waisted $15.
