I received a pedicure and dip manicure with added length and it was not worth the amount they charged me. Bumps all over my fingers, I asked for a round shape all my fingers were different. My cuticles were not cut probably, if I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve asked them to fix it or take them off completely. Do not come here.

Went to get a quick eyebrow done for my birthday. And I am NOT happy at all. The owner did them and butchered them. When I pointed out how she messed them up, (they not even, and weren’t properly shaped) she then said well they were thin! How ?? When I have natural thick eyebrows and hadn’t had them done in a month. Instead of trying to fix them she tried to convince me that I was seeing things incorrectly. Poor customer service and at the end of the day learn to apologize and if you do not know how to do something just say it!! Don’t take a client to get $10 and then leave them unhappy.

Love going there for Hanh. Shes amazing. They're all friendly there but I'm not sure how anyone else does nails other than Hanh.

Customer service is great. I have a nail shop directly across from my house but will drive here because of the service. Also quality of polish is important, I have not experienced my polish peeling.

Hours of Service on the door are until 6:30pm on Saturdays. I walked in and 5:55 today and before I could even get a greeting I made eye contact with 3 workers and one of them just said "we closed." All I wanted was a soak off for a gel overlay and cut down but before I could even request a service, I was denied. Maybe change your hours of service?? I def won't be back. If I could give no stars I would.

I had my nails done few times but last week will be my last. Lady who did my no chip did a sloppy job and then towards the end I saw her wiping the instruments with aided dirty towel and put them back in her drawer. That's when I realised that they don't sterilise their instruments from one customer to the next. I left totally disgusted and prayed I didn't get any infection. Do not go there.
