NOTE: for Mazda and Hyundai parts, it is in the same store in the Hyundai building.
I needed a clamp for my Mazda, which I still don't understand how I lost it.
I was looking for it for days in other places and couldn't get an answer.
I came here because it is the closest Mazda dealership to home.
And they solved me.
I visited them on a Monday, they told me they did not have it available in stores within Illinois, but that they would order it and on Friday I could pick it up.
They showed me a map of the parts of the vehicle to have the exact part code.
And on Thursday afternoon, they called me that I could pick up...
They helped me a lot. Thank you

I had a very negative experience with them. My GF"s 2017 Hyundai Accent was burning 1qt of oil per 200 miles and the catalytic converter was fouled as a result. The car was under a third party warranty. They charged $200 for an ODB read that we already new the code. The SA then told us Hyundai denied the claim out of warranty. Fair enough. After a lot of prodding the SA contacted the warranty company and quoted $1200 to start diagnosis doing a oil combustion test which is an oil change, driving for 1000 miles and reading the amount of oil to top it off which would only tell us what we already know it is burning excessive oil. The warranty company has advised us to find a different repair place and I agree. Won't be returning here.

I tried to purchase a car from here to be shipped to another large city in the midwest. No hidden fees on pricing (not true as they charged extra for CPO), but was okay with that. Was told would be $625 to ship and would have here by a certain date (as I needed to sell my car and would be w/out a vehicle). Bank sends them a FedEx overnight check, no on there that received it gave it the proper team. Then I am told the price of shipping is actually $1000 and they can't tell me the date I would get it. I offered to drive 1/2 way there if someone could meet me with the car. All the while they have the vehicle paid for! HORRIBLY rude salespeople and managers. Deceptive practices and when they are called out on these behaviors, they don't care. Would never recommend doing business with this dealership.

I've been playing tag with the service and parts department for over 2 weeks for a refund. Hide and go seek is more like it. I've called and showed up to the dealership. Every time, a 'manager' would say, we will get your refund taken care of and give you a call back. I haven't received a call back in 2 weeks. This is incredibly unprofessional.

Talked to Joe on the phone, he was very friendly and very helpful. He got my parts ordered for me. Make sure you have your vin number ready before you call to make it easier for yourself and the part specialists.

Very rude too quick to hang up the phone when you call with no information given...
