This is a locally owned business, and their work is impeccable. Anything important that I want to have framed for keeps, I take to them, because they can frame things just how I want them, and the results have stood the test of time. I have taken them antique prints, valuable family photos, a delicate magazine image I loved, and also had them make a giant mirror for a room in my house--some of them done 10+ years ago, and they are all still looking fantastic. BTW, this is not where you go if you want a cheap frame that will start to warp and bend after it has been hung up for a few years. They use quality materials. They epitomize the phrase, if you want something done right, take it to a professional.

Wallscapes did a great job of framing our print - it turned out beautifully.The initial print turned out to have a defect and I had to provide a second copy of the print, meaning the frame and mat had to be reworked. Frank was very accommodating, and charged us nothing for the rework.Needless to say, I am a VERY happy customer!!

I found this store locally as I had a higher value piece I was not willing to risk sending to Framebridge (my last artwork sent there had some minor but not insignificant damage in transit - even though their work is top notch). Had a lovely chat with Angela who helped me pick a custom frame design. She was informative and helpful, taking into account what I was trying to envision while giving me some very helpful options to ponder. She was also very transparent on completion timelines and how the work might get done later rather than sooner, knowing that it's the holidays and folks are trying to take some time off. Overall a great experience and I'll certainly be back to frame my next piece!

Have had several lithographs and posters framed here. They do high-quality work with excellent customer service and offer a discount for repeat customers. I only wish the frame options were organized on the wall to let customers better see and compare options. While I always have been satisfied with the final product, sometimes during the selection process I wonder if we are looking at all the best options.

They're a family business so they treat everyone like family! Always the best price for the quality of work- you can do it yourself but then it looks like you did it yourself. They are both patient and kind with all of my crazy ideas. They're open 10am-6pm & will try to accommodate anytime you need- you just have to ask! :)

I used Wallscapes for the first time, and I am completely thrilled with finished piece! When I came into the store, I had a lot of questions about which type of frame would be best for my art. The owners were extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient as they helped me figure out what I was looking for. My order was completed on time and I felt the price was fair for the quality of their work. I could not be happier with the end results!
