Tellers are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Usually no waiting or short waits. I use this branch lobby often. Going inside usually takes less time than waiting in the drive-up lines.

This branch emulates the DMV and is brutal. It all comes from the top; they don’t care and slow as a sloth. The branch manager just goes through the motions and does not try to help customers or improve the branch. The ATM is broken all the time. You must use the ATM as the drive through takes at least 20 minutes for the most basic transaction. It has taken 45 minutes to deposit checks before. There is always a line. Unfortunately, this is the closest branch to my home, but I try to use the one near my business. I already closed my savings and will now need to close my checking account that is 20 years old, due to a small problem that the branch manager refuses to make a basic effort to fix. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH or US Bank.

Nice people, friendly! But the ATM is horrible, only works about half the time. The screen froze, went black, and then it devoured my card. Beware!

I went her for an interview and the immature assistant manager was mocking me. She asked me to act a scene from movie, The wolf of Wallstreet. She asked me to act to sell a pen!!! Shame shame!! Ridiculous I wish I had not gone there to get bullied!! This is crazy to mock the interview process.

The absolutely worse bank I have ever dealt with. Staff lets you sit there forever, even if you have an appointment. Personal bankers tell you one thing, which is wrong and then you get a letter from corporate telling you the complete opposite. They requested an affidavit from me which I had to hire an attorney to do. I then spent hours in the bank jumping through hoops, giving them info I had already submitted. They don't keep copies of anything. Still, no help from them.
