I am so grateful for Jimmy being “Johnny on the Spot” in regard to my grandmother‘s obituary. I drew up a draft, but Jimmy finalized what I had envisioned. He was very professional and always kept me in the loop of things. This has been hard for my family, but I am so grateful for nice people like him. If you visit this location, please see him for all your printing needs.

Jimmy at the UPS Store saved the day! I arrived to print a document, but the document wouldn’t load to email. He ran home and got a flash drive for me to use, and I was able to get it uploaded and printed just in time. The kids and staff involved with Walther’s production of Newsies are grateful to Jimmy and his staff. Thanks for the saving the day!

Sent an overnight package from here a few months ago. I spent $125 to ship it and the package didnt arrive until 8 days later. UPS instructed me to get a refund for the shipping cost from the store directly. When I spoke with Karen at this location she acted like this never happens and denied a refund. When I called back multiple times she diverted the request and never followed up. Give your business to a different location

Soooo slow service. 10 min to drop a box. The lady cares more to fix the postcards than help at the counter. Only after 5 more people showed up she cared to bring more people at the front. And so rude
