I am a disabled veteran, my pain level has been so high today that even when I was in Nordstrom Rack today 2 women were so ignorant and rude to me.
I'm starting my biz as a personal shopper, stylist, influencer as everyone loves my style and have been asking me. My blood pressure was so high as they kept being rude to me anyhow as I needed to go relax finally. I couldn't make it to the 5x10 storage I have in the city. I'm not from around here so the extra space storage I was finally booked i thought was nearby lol. It said 23 mins I was like nope I'll go there another day lol the lady who called seemed to nice. I get there I was so behind time I keep wanting to do everything I use to do but my service connected disabilities have gotten so bad I'm always off hours I planned to stop in Nordstrom quickly and then go wash but as I cope with my limitations I don't rush if I am doing therapy the store had so much I was like wow met Queen Elizabeth her son is a veteran too just like me and we are Navy Marince CORE. people see 4, we only see 1. We know our lives are in each other's hands we are each other support system. Anyhow two of their employees at Nordstrom slow my day down even more. One just walked off after I spoke to her, she immediately had an attitude I was like whatever I had a return but I wasn't about to leave my good finds I'll just keep the ones I didn't want they'll fit one of my clients. She moved so slow and got slower and slower she walked off while checking me out.. then Erica came and she was so fast...
After a day of being near cardiac arrest as ir was stressing me out I was just in the hospital bc it was so high they said they didn't want to release me...
I was know how to get it down I told them today after the ambulance has to take me to the ER for fear of cardiac arrest just like the university of chicago doc.
Thank you Robert, you literally treated me with so much love and respect. I thought it was closed I didn't know what time it was but I saw 6pm I was like oh well. But Robert came so fast I barely had time to turn around and he greeted as if we were long time friends. I asked him what time as I have been so behind I have not had time to review my approval for my new home I'm getting but I didn't want him to stay late as I can come back earlier. I don't like to be of any inconvenience to anyone but he helped me and got me in and out.
I can't begin to tell him and show him how much that really meant to me. He helped me bring my BP down after Nordstrom rack as I felt it. I was already in so much pain today but I push through when I can become I love meeting people like the Robert's of this world. Just like the 1 music I like the most!!! He's from Chicago too! Thank you thank there are NO words literally NO words I can ever say to show HIM how impactful he was to this day!! Thank you mgmt as I was informed this is a compan6 culture most aren't like this anymore.

Very expensive for storage. Man no move in specials that’s worth your money. But it was convenient as far as distance. Over $200 a month. ??♀️??♀️??♀️ but??♀️??♀️??♀️ what do you do right.

Most unprofessional facility I have ever encountered.
Fastest rampant the staff will yell and swear at you very difficult to get ahold of.
I utilize your outdoor storage and many things are stolen off my equipment

The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. No smell of mold/mildew in the building and units are ventilated. I have stored here more than once. When there was a smell at one time, they tracked down the leak behind the elevator and took care of it right away. The pull in garage really helps especially during bad weather and people that are older and / or with disabilities. The carts are right there available. The prices are better than I found else where with the accommodations. I hope the place continues to stay this way that it has been for me.

Always clean! No weird mildew or mold smells like some other storage facilities. Always has great online deals, so check there first! They change frequently.
