Really bad customer service… never shipped your order on time never.. have to call them million times to remind them that pls ship our order.. and when I asked why it has not shipped when it was supposed to they have no answer..!! Really terrible I wish I had another option to chose from… really really terrible service from them…

Called 10.7.24 around 10AM. Tried option 1 multiple times to which I was answered and immediately hung up on every time. Don't waste your time. Byram Healthcare has all the supplies this company has plus more, never had an issue with customer service 1-800-248-4546. Do better, Shield Associates!

This is my third month getting supplies from them and despite multiple calls, I am without needed supplies due to timing issues on their end. Would not recommend.

I have been trying to get a patient of mine just some simple bandages for a wound, you would think I was asking for the crown jewels, nobody gives you the same info, nobody knows what they are talking about over there. I am going to find a new company for her because this is ridiculous, and I deal with a lot of med supply companies. This place is a joke.

This place is a nightmare. Very first order, delivered to wrong address and we had to track it down and pick up a big order in 6+ boxes. Delivery times are never the same. We've had wrong sizes delivered and then had to wait weeks to get the right sizes re-delivered. The quality of product is horrible! I challenged Gov Pritzker to wear one of the diapers!!!

I never had a problem with shield health care or the people who work for them. I've always got my moms incontinence supplies on time every month,and costumer service was always super nice and caring when I called. I highly recommend them.

Customer service is wonderful. I can’t speak on behalf of the shipping from the reviews I see. I happen to live 2 minutes from the facility so I pick it up. They have been so easy, clear and helpful. A lot of the issues you might encounter is not shield but your insurance or healthcare facilities dragging their feet. They even follow up to get approvals from these places. Honestly it’s up to you to light a fire to these healthcare facilities because of how long they communicate with these external companies. Trust me, a certain cook county hospital has felt my wrath.Doug, Emily and ugh I can’t remember the other lady’s name but all have been super helpful. If she sees my name while reading this review she knows who she is :)

They were great when I used them years ago. Now Iam stuck with J&B, terrible place. I have to use them because they are authorized by Health Net. Am still waiting since Feb for supplies

Shield Healthcare used to be a great company, but ever since they switched to a different logistics company, it has been an absolute nightmare! My brother has not received his order for over a month now, and whenever I call shield they note my information and advise that someone will contact me the same day, but no one ever does, and no course of action has been taken on their end. Needless to say I'm fed up with this back & forth and have already started looking at other companies to fulfill any future orders!

The worst company about medical supplies. People who work it can take the order and thats it. No communication between agent and rest of people, they tell something and do different than tell. Delivery company the worst too. No communication between office and delivery company. Only one good thing is that they have good and competitive dietitian Aimee who do the best own work and is very helpful. I don't recommend this place and run away from it.

I have been using Shield for 20+years . Until just recently they were phenomenal. I don't know what is going on now Delivery is a hot mess whenever we actually getour order.
