I come to get my car wash here often, love that it is all year round. I usually visit when Keith is working. He is always greeting me and asking how my day is going even when I’m having a bad one. The customer service I receive from a car wash attendant is better than I received at most places lol. Keep up the good work!

I went in the station to prepay gas to fill up my brothers car who been helping me move. I asked the lady for $40 on pump 10. I went outsidr and selected regular but, the gas would not pump. After hanging up the nozzle and trying multiple times, I went inside to inquirr about what was going on. I told her pump 10 wasn't working and she told me that I said pump 4. I told her that I had made 100% certain when I left the car to check the pump # he had parked at. She said that's too bad I heard you say pump 4. She said the gas at pump 4 had already been pumped by someone else so there's nothing she could do, and I ended up having to pay another $40 to fill up my brothers car.I'm so disappointed that I had to throw $40 away because some senile old bag didn't take her Alzheimer's pill that morning.

I purchased gas on February 5th 2022 at this Shell station. My car stopped working and would not start after driving less than 10 miles after my gas purchase. My car was towed to a mechanic who informed me that I had diesel fuel in my tank. I came back to the Shell station to inform the Shell manager of the diesel fuel in my tank after my gas purchase and was told a call would be placed to the corporate office. I did not receive a call back. I went back to the Shell station and was informed nothing would be done regarding the diesel fuel in my tank. I have to add a star to post.
