Hands down the best. No need to look further. Alex takes care of multiple cars for our family and they always come back better than expected. His team has taken cars after a road trip with our 4 young kids and returns them showroom ready. Don't waste your time looking anymore, you found your detailer.

Cleaning the inside of the car was done very poorly. Price different than agreed. I do not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My car was a mess after 2 kids and a couple years since the last detail. They even got stains out on the ceiling which is especially tough. Easy to communicate with and very good at their job. 10/10 recommend.

Here I show a before and after... Pleased with the work, my car, the child had it very dirty and the truth is, the change was very noticeable. Even the seats went from gray to black.
The organization did seem to me to be lacking a little, but their attention is cordial and friendly.

My Jeep Patriot was far overdue for a full interior and exterior detail. I spoke with a shop within walking distance from my home but felt the price was way out of line. I asked several friends that highly recommended Scotty's Detail. I called for a verbal quote realizing my Jeep may need more attention than the average dirty vehicle. I made an appointment, dropped my Patriot off in the morning and it was 100% complete by 3:30P. The shop does excellent work at a fair price. I've decided to keep my vehicle since it looks so good! I'll definitely use Scotty's again in the future.Service: Auto detailing

Scheduled a detailing online on the website for the next day, and called to get more details on how to drop off but was told by the Alex (who I think is the owner) that the website was not fully functioning and the online scheduler was not up to date. Alex was extremely nice and I felt honest, and decided it was not a big deal given it’s a local business with glowing reviews.Rescheduled for the following Thursday with the agreed to plan to drop off my car at 7am and I’d pick up at closing. My thought was to give the maximum flexibility. Alex on the phone said that was no problem but to just call him if we were running late as he had business with other dealerships and needed to leave around 7:30am so would not be able to see the vehicle and tell me in person to give a more accurate quote. I told him on the phone not to worry as I would take him at his word whenever he saw the vehicle, but said I would call if I was running late.On the day of the appointment we were running a few minutes late as had to pick up the car from my mom’s place. So around 6:50am I called as we were literally in the car heading to the store but would reach probably ten minutes after 7.Alex picked up and didn’t appear to remember I had an appointment .. again, being a small business, didn’t think twice.What shocked me though was his irrational explanation after hearing that I’m running about 10 minutes late (I clarified that point as I thought he may have misheard) that he’d have to charge for an extra hour. I tried to ask how this made sense given I was dropping the car off but he rudely explained how he had such a tight schedule, etc.From the glowing reviews, I’m confident this shop does good work. I guess you just need to be lucky enough to be treated as someone who they want business from. Canceled the appointment and will find another detailing shop.
