I started going to the Elmhurst store in person two years ago, met a very courteous and knowledgeable store manager. I've been ordering home delivery since with no problems until last week. I ordered one hour deliver and two hours later nothing had happened .So I called the store and waisted one hour explaining my concern about my missing order. They must have a new management team with limited grasp of the English language, they kept on putting me on hold. On one point the person I was talking to said unprofessionally: ..YOU WANT YOUR ORDER OR NOT? I CANCELLED THE ORDER ( I DID GET CREDIT ON MY CARD) Third world country experience.

I don't go to liquor stores often but when I do I prefer Sal's in Addison. They are always there to answer questions and steer me in the right direction!

My biggest complaint is that people park in the entrance/exit space and have been doing it for years. It's only going to get worse if something isn't done soon. Other than that I have no complaints.
