I had been using their oxygen services for over a year and they had been very good with delivering, servicing and exchanging oxygen equipment . I am using their non portable oxygen concentrators and portable oxygen tanks .

We had a hospital bed ordered. First delivery at 7:30 pm and only mattress. Day two brought bed but no rails at 6:15. Day 3, waited til after 9 pm and nothing! Manager kept promising but never came. 82 year old parents were tired and quite unhappy.

If I could give this company zero stars I would but this is not an option. For this company to be chosen to service veterans is a joke. They schedule deliveries and do not show up. It takes over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone, the technicians do not communicate ETAs, the supervisor Michelle is exceptionally rude and condescending - just an overall horrible experience for someone who served his country.

The great thing about them is how truly customer service they are driven. Ordering oxygen and supplies couldn't be easier. The customer service staff are always warm, friendly, compassionate and helpful. The delivery drivers are professional, compassionate, reliable and accommodating. Every time I interact with anyone working there it's always a pleasant experience.

We called because of difficulties and patient could NOT breath. They were somewhat helpful. Robotech said they would deliver new tubing next day. It's now day 3 and we've yet to see them.

My 97 yr old mom needed oxygen to travel to the doctor tomorrow so I called this morning and requested 2 replacement tanks and told the woman of her appt. At 10 am tomorrow. She said she would pass the request on and someone would call us back. At 4:40 pm we had not heard back so i called a second time and it went into voicemail so i left a message.to call re our oxygen need. It is now 4 hrs and 30 min later and still nothing. I told mom to call and cancel her Dr Appt since we are not sure if she has enough for the round trip. Worst service for a critical need ever. I am reporting them to our health provider to see if there is a reliable company to back us up.

My wife required oxygen in our home after her noon-discharge from Central DuPage Hospital, who arranged for Rotech's service. They eventually showed up at midnight that evening. When the oxygen was not needed anymore we called Rotech on Friday to arrange for its removal. They stated it would be picked up on Monday and we'd receive a call before 10:30am on Monday with a specific pickup time. We received no call. I proceeded to call them, only to be told they had no record to pick the oxygen up. They rescheduled pickup for Tuesday, again told we'd receive a call before 10:30am. We received no call on Tuesday. I called them again, only to be told I'd receive a call from them within 30 minutes with pickup information. We received no call, again. I called them again and requested to speak to a manager. After being put on hold for 15 minutes I spoke to Ron, who stated he was a manager. He apologized and stated the equipment would be picked up that day - but no time was given. I told him I'd place the equipment on the front porch for pickup and hoped they'd show up. --- Incredibly bad service!

If we could give them 0 stars we would. Don't know why the VA changed from Total Health. Rotech has scheduled twice with us and never called or showed up for either. I had to call them. Unable to contact the driver while I was on the phone, I soon got a call back from the lady and we now have a scheduled appointment for tomorrow. We will not sit and wait all day again that's for sure. Not a reliable company for sure.

This company repeatedly told me could deliver my needed medical device, and on the day they were contractually obligated to preform that task they lied to me until they were forced to admit they didn't have the product and wouldn't be there less than an hour before they were supposed to arrive. I took some time off from work, rushed home to be available, and made every possible effort to facilitate this delivery. Despite this I was lied to repeatedly, received no apology, and still do not have my needed medical device.
