The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.

OMG….this place is amazing! My husband and I were redoing our vows in July 2022 in front of our friends and family and I needed a dress. This was the first store I went into (with the best sales associates) and the first dress I tried on. Now when the dress was on the hanger it did not do it justice but I really like the color soon decided to try it on. Once it was on I was done as I fell in love with it! I got so many compliments on my dress! I will be shopping here again!!!

We live a couple blocks away in downtown Elmhurst since just after the lockdown started and also own a small business in town, so I figured I would finally get around to visiting some of the local shops. I had NO idea this amazing place was there or I would have ran over much sooner! The ladies there were super kind and so helpful. They made what has usually been (elsewhere) a really stressful process for me (jeans shopping for a very short waisted and legged but curvy/ athletic body combo) into a lot of fun- I wore them out that evening & got loads of compliments! The styles and the labels I did notice there are great, and from what I briefly saw of the men’s section was awesome looking too. Can’t wait to come back with friends or my boyfriend soon and grab a few more things :) Thanks guys, really appreciated you!

In all my years of shopping, I've never seen such great service! I had a dress pinned right at closing and they were able to have it tailored and hand delivered to the city by 6pm the next day. I am by no means a big spender and these ladies really went above and beyond. Thank you!!

I honestly think that my experience today was the absolute worst I have ever had. It actually stunned me. So- I work close by- and have purchased many many things from this store. All of the women there have been excellent- first rate. Sooo- I stop in today- as I usually do- and I noticed a woman I had never seen before. I noticed right off the bat that her energy was sharp toward me- and that's okay. I'm in sales- I understand that not everyone likes everyone. So- I see a sweater I like and decide to try it on. I hear her voice from behind the curtain-"I think you would be more suited to a "woman's cut " hmmmm. Now, understand none of this is solicited in any way. To which I follow with-"what does that mean?" And here's the best part- she says "you know - for women north of fifty". To which I swung the curtain open and asked - "what did you just say to me?" Because I needed to hear if hats what she actually said. Yes. She actually did say that. I don't think I need any follow up- because ,well- I guess being insulted just isn't my bag. I can go hang out on the west side if I need uneducated rude unsolicited advice. Thanks anyhow.

My husband and i came in and spent $500+ on a pair of pants and shorts. I was shocked when we spent that much they wouldn't hem and ship them free. Either way they charged us and the hem was done poorly. I contacted the company via Facebook, and i can see they read it and are ignoring. I messaged asking why, even though they read it 6 days ago with no response. They read that and still haven't responded

I was checking out the clothing stores in my new area and I came across redE Boutique. Very nice formal and business type clothing, with a few casual pieces. I had something specific in mind and the associates were trying their best to help me out. One of them even ran around the corner to their little sister store and brought some pieces in for me to try. I ended up going to that shop and I found what I was looking for. The associates at this boutique are exceptionally helpful and friendly, I will continue to check it out when I need to add to my wardrobe. Thank you ladies, you're the best!!

Red - E is an AMAZING boutique ( and love it's sister boutique. E-LOUNGE)!! Valerie is AMAZING at helping you find your perfect style...and I do love fashion...and I've come across many sales associates in my life...she stands out! Love this store and can't say enough good things!! As a stay at home mom who has been rocking the athleisure look for several years (p.s. - I at least use my lulu gear to work out..not just get green tea frappuccinos at Starbucks) it is definitely time to break out of that shell and wear clothes again. This boutique is where to go to get this done! They have beautiful, some edgy, some staple clothes - ALL non-department store cookie cutter clothes for both men and women. You no longer have to go down to the city to find clothes like this. Kristin helped me to pick out several items that as a stay at home mom, I can easily pair with my wardrobe of leggings and jeans and look amazing. She picked out pieces that I would never even think of trying ... but once I did, it was love at first sight. The best part is the swing in the store that my 7 month old was thoroughly enjoying while I tried on the clothes. They also have beautiful pieces of jewelry ... but baby steps for me ... still getting used to not wearing lululemon all the time :P. I'll be back!!
