Ron Janis Jr is a crook and cheat and has zero commitment towards the work he takes up. Cheated my contractor with double the payment and fraudulent use of the check that was given to him. Made an excuse that check got dropped in sewage pit and requested the contractor to issue another and then cashed both checks. Beware!!

This is a complete piece of filth who does exactly what all the reviews says he does. He asks for money in advance and does not finish anything and lies the entire way through the job. Nothing but excuses and lies.

Crook. He asks for money up front. Sometimes gives you a sob story and then just keeps blowing you off. I will be taking him to court. He doesn't even deserve one star. I do have his home address for anyone that wants to file a lawsuit.
