the way nails are done here is different. the nail tech doesn’t use a drill and uses a specific kind of gel polish that can be dissolved quickly with acetone. However the way the nail polish lays on the nails isn’t even or appealing to the eye. It looks a bit clumpy and not a smooth layer.

It has been awhile since I have been in this store. I was so shocked to see so much non Merle Norman "stuff". The store doesn't even look like a cosmetic store. There is one woman who is very nice and helpful, but seems to be very busy doing almost everything. There is another woman who doesn't know anything and isn't willing to get off her phone or the computer to help. I asked to get an express facial and the non helpful woman said the other woman was busy. I was shocked as I assmumed anyone could do an express facial. It's sad that there is only one competent person working in that studio. When I got home and used my mascara it was dried out like it had been sitting on the shelf long. I will be traveling to another store from now on. Sad that Merle Norman allows stores to have such poor management.

I had wimpy lashes until I had a Lash Lift, Jennifer did a wonderful job on my lashes. After the Lash Lift was done Jennifer handed me a mirror so I could see my lashes it was Magic I had beautiful lashes! Thanks for a wonderful experience of a Lash Lift.

So Apparently I missed the gift with purchase. I went into Elmhurst store. Asked the owner Lisa if she had gift w purchase. She said no it was 3 weeks ago. I had a big order but she did not offer any samples. Been a customer for years. I left. I felt that Lisa did not want my business even though she has begged me to review her online. Now I have. No wonder she struggles. She does not know how to take care of a customer. Let me add to your response, ... you catch more flies with honey. You were not nice. Tell the truth you begged for good reviews!!!

I booked special event make up for my daughter’s wedding. I didn’t do any sort of trial so was a little nervous going in, not knowing how it would all turn out.It was beyond amazing. Jennifer did the absolute perfect job. She made me look beautiful but not over-done. I felt wonderful all day and night! Thank you for your talent.

A total gem! Personable staff, relaxing space, and amazing products. Have received numerous compliments on my glowing skin and complexion and can totally thank the MN staff for providing a wonderful regime to follow. Picked up some cozy new PJs in the boutique area of the store and look forward to my next trip back. Be sure to check out if you are in the area or book a service- you will be so glad you did!
