They took my credit card information for not showing up on time so they can charge me $350 . And I I received email on my sechedule day of my appointment they are not available .They wasted my one week . So I fired them. Don’t got to this place. They are not professional.

Ben and his team was very helpful and professional. He helped us get rid of more than 100k I owed to the IRS. They lowered my debt to 0 so we didn't have to pay to the IRS. My wife is really sick and the IRS was garnishing my social security already and was getting letters all the time and me and my wife were really stressed about it. Now we can breathe and know that we don't have to pay the huge debt to the IRS. Thank you so much IRS Trouble Solvers, I would recommend their services to anyone.

I hired IRS TroubleSolvers over a year ago to help me with a large tax bill. My team consisted of Teresa, Daley, and Heather. They were amazing!! My interaction with them can be described as very friendly, professional, and polite. They answered all my questions i never felt rushed. if there was some uncertainty about any question(s) instead of guessing or speculating they actually got the right answer. I had been living with the fear and embarrassment of a lingering tax issue that has been going on for several years and was growing in size. Every single staff person at IRS Trouble solvers I spoke to or worked with were completely judgement free and so incredibly patient and kind. I will try to make this as long-story-short as possible. I had a previous tax attorney that I am pretty sure is either at the bottom of a lake with cement shoes or he is on an island somewhere sipping out of a pineapple with the money he took from me and other clients. All I know is that if you dial his number you'll hear, "beep beep beeeeeeep...the number you have reached..." Meanwhile I was days away from losing everything. If it wasn't for Mr. Sheehan taking control of this situation and helping me understand what the heck is going on, I'm pretty sure I'd be wearing an orange jumpsuit and typing this from the pokey. Thank goodness I contacted this company. I have total faith that now my finances are back on track and I am confident my IRS problems are on the mend
