the old white women here are extremely rude, racist even. at the mere mention of a latino working there sent them into a tirade. they were condescending, angry the entire time only because she actually had to work and then kept forgetting to add income and deductions. screwed up my mother's taxes. probably on purpose. never returning. boycott this location.

Sally was amazing! Although, when I called to give some requested information the receptionist who answered was rude as all hell (would consider an attitude adjust since you’re the first person people speak to/see!)

Janice Connick dealt with the complications of our return and saved us money (owed IL to IL Refund). She also showed us that we need to put aside money for SS Self-Employment Tax for next year.

Worst service ever. They refuse to process my taxes because they claim to have not received a payment from me. My account was charged and the only option I had was to file a claim with my bank unfortunately.
