I purchased a new truck here and went into the service center for a winter check since it's coming up fast and I didn't want any problems. I called and made appointment with Todd very friendly and helpful professional. I arrived at my appointment a little early and was taking right in and all done with in a hour. Very friendly and professional service and Todd in Service is great.

Had a nice experience buying a new vehicle with Samantha “Sami” today. But…why does it have to take so long?????

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I recently had an experience at this dealership that left me quite frustrated. They advertised a car for $14,000, which seemed like a great deal. However, when I decided to buy, they gave me a final quote of $22,000. After some negotiation, they finally settled on a price of $19,000, claiming that $5,000 was for taxes, fee and some protection. This unexpected increase and the negotiation process felt very misleading. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they understand all potential costs upfront before committing to a purchase.

STAY FAR AWAY from THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give Al Piemonte a negative one star I definitely would! it was the most horrendous experience I've ever had purchasing an auto. talk about gas lighting. Joe the used car manager was screaming at us after gaslighting me about an agreed upon in writing price he wanted to add $500 to it when we came in to finalize the deal. we drove all the way from Deerfield twice. then came in to sign the papers and he decided to raise the price five hundred dollars! -- so the story is when we went to see the car the front seat wouldn't move back and forward which is a safety issue and no dealer can sell it that way. Joe said "I'm so sorry. that never should have been like that. I should have checked the car better when it came in. fixing the seat is my responsibility. It should have been taken care of before it went up for sale. I will do it. come on in. I'll give you a loner while it gets fixed. he said however the broken tpsm sensor that's broken -- I cannot take that on --you'd have to pay for that if you wanted it fixed. so when I went in I said no that's okay we're going to take it without fixing the tpsm. that's when he came back with the comment "oh I told you we were going to have to split the price of the new seat " You see, it pissed him off that I wasn't going to have the tpsm fixed because he wanted the extra $500 added to the price. in a fit of anger, at the top of his lungs, he said, "I told you you were going to have to pay for half of the new seat!" -- no buddy you did not. don't try to Gaslight me. I'm way too smart for that bait and switch shit. BUYER BEWARE!! Stay as far away as possible from Al Piemonte!!

Finance manager needs proper customer service training and needs not to dish out misleading information especially when our dollars spent at your dealership is keeping you employed.

Honestly, I'd leave zero stars if I could. The salesperson we dealt with was rude a few times and frankly was just wasting our time, probably in hopes we'd cave to the absurdity he presented.
If I wasn't there with my wife it probably would have been worse because he showed a sexist attitude towards her, especially when we were negotiating. He also claimed our trade in had a 'bunch of dings and dents' which is 100% false. Yes, it has some minor chips but you can go there right now and see the car and know that they are lying.
To top it off, they can't even be bothered to make sure none of the tires were leaking on our purchased truck and one of the tires has a slow leak. This place offered by far the worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had over the years and I'll never be recommending anyone to go there. Maybe a different salesperson would have offered a better experience but I'll never know because I'm not giving them anymore of my time.
I will note that the man in finance we dealt with was far more friendly and not sexist. The bright spot of the day.

Stay Away!!! Worst experience with a dealer ever. I bought a used truck and after driving it for a whole day I started realizing some issues. I spoke with the salesman and had him test drive it a week after purchasing it and he said the jerking feeling the truck was doing was normal. He also told me to wait a month before going back which that alone is the reason why i took it in the following week when my schedule opened up. They tried fixing it 2 times now and insist that they are going to fix the issue but yet I keep telling them to just get me out of this truck and to give me my money back. This truck clearly has issues and who knows what other issues besides that jerk it will have. I have lost 4 days of work because of this whole situation. I have tried to reason with them but they don’t seem to understand that they sold me a bad truck. They keep wasting my time when all they had to do was get me out of the vehicle so we can go our separate ways.

Such a great team at this dealership, Shout out to Johnathan "JR" for working late hours to help me find the truck that I was looking for with the price that no one could beat. I'll be going back to him when I need my next vehicle.

Interesting experience when inquiring about a new truck. Super responsive at first.
Quoted price from the Internet Sales Manager for a new truck was quite different then the advertised online price. Given I wasn't trading in a vehicle, not eligible for $2500. Not mentioned anywhere online.
Ultimate Protection plan totaling $2,995 has already been applied to the vehicle and in addition to the advertised price.
End of day, finally agreed on a price and 3 days later, no response from 2 different people at the dealership. Guessing the vehicle has been sold?
Given the deceptive undisclosed pricing and the ghosting of the sales team, I'd look elsewhere.

The service department was very professional and listened to my concerns about the maintenance on my car.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a used car from them. The consistency of the reviews should give anyone pause before considering using this dealership. I can confidently say it was the worst buying experience I have ever had. The $3000 ultimate protection plan add-on that was "mandatory" should have been my first clue. In the end, the finance guy made my wife cry after yelling at her. She literally left the dealership in tears. The only silver lining is I got to show my children how not to treat people and my son learned how to do basic maintenance on a vehicle. Apparently, this vehicle "passed" a 1xx point inspection but that inspection did not include basic air filters as they were the dirtiest ones I have ever seen. Absolutely certain there was nothing done to this car after they bought it at auction, including removing dried-on tape above the windshield. In hindsight, I should have walked out and found a different vehicle elsewhere.

The service department…. the quality of service is hard to find these days. Most people want to do the minimum and still raise prices. My car was running smoothly again after picking it up from being serviced. Thank you!

The treatment I just received this evening from the general manager Alex Kaliakmanis was beyond disgusting very rude, HATEFUL and outright disrespectful for no reason to be at all. I go there often to charge my vehicle due to it being a PUBLIC NON PRIVATE listing as a charging location. Most locations have private access ONLY. However, not this location. No where on the charging listing site says it’s private. This man, instead of him walking up to me politely. He madly, attempts to snatch the charge plug from my vehicle not carrying if he breaks it and proceeds to yell “THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC CHARGING STATION”. I went to show him this location is listed as a authorized location to charge not private on the site. He didn’t ask me if I can not charge there because it’s not public before snatching the plug and saying has to get it updated. Nor did he ask if I can take my car off charge due to that very reason. I would have with not problem. His complete approach was completely wrong doing, hateful, unprofessional and unwelcoming. This location is a complete disgrace and I would not EVER consider spending my hard earn money with them to be treated the way he just presented himself.

Don't buy cars in Al Piemonte Buick GMC told you from experience, they are people who are not honest and just want to screw you over. They don't care about us as human beings. They only look for their well-being. I barely bought a car with them. What did they say? Everything is fine with the car. and I discovered that the car had been crashed by the wife of the dealer's owner and fixing it at their own dealer and when I discovered them they accepted their mistake and paid 71,000 for that car and they do not want to take responsibility. Don't believe in Oscar, Dan, Joe and even less in the owners of Al Piedmont Buick. I told them from the bottom of my heart so that what happened to me does not happen to them with these scammers.
