We worked with fresh twist for our window treatment in our new house and we have had a very positive experience. We worked with Anne- she was knowledgeable and honest. She did not pressure us into anything. Order and installation was very quick- we had our treatments completed within 3 weeks of our first meeting with Anne. Prices seem very reasonable. We cannot wait to work with fresh twist in the future for the rest of our house! A great local business in Elmhurst!

I emailed fresh twist after reading their online reviews. Betty was quick to respond. She came out within days to see my new home and get a feel for what I wanted. She offered some really helpful advice and we nailed the perfect window treatments.Installation was as promised or sooner. The installers were extremely efficient and professional. The prices were reasonable and everyone from Betty to Marisa to Matthew and Daniel were wonderful. I’m so pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Fresh twist for the win! We recently moved to the area and the rooms did not have blackout shades for the kids. After install not only did my kids start sleeping through the night again (mom's feel me on this), the temperature in my son's room went down by 10 degrees during the day because it blocked the sun. Marisa was fantastic from start to finish and very easy to work with. Love how she followed up after every install. Can't recommend them enough! We will absolutely be working with them in the near future.

We were quite satisfied with our experience doing business with Fresh Twist Studio. We recommend them highly without reservation. We needed window treatments for our church facility, Cityview Community Church in Elmhurst, as part of our renovation project. I happened to be walking by the Studio and stopped in to inquire. I was greeted promplty and enthusiastically by the staff at the Studio. Being quickly connected with Marisa Smith, the window treatment specialist, I was immediately impressed by her enthusiasm, professionalism and product knowledge. A meeting was quickly arranged at our location and Marisa explained product options and helped us in the decision-making process. Soon thereafter, we received the proposal. The cost presented a good value, especially in light of the high quality of the Hunter Douglas solar shades we wanted. The shades were ordered and installed in timely and efficient manner. The installation crew was exceptional and did the job perfectly. We are very happy customers and will use French Twist again if the need arises.

I worked with Marisa who really helped me make the right selections for my condo. I was concerned with going a lot over the budget, and I did…unfortunately not to my husband liking. So I wanted to give up and just leave the windows treatment I had remain up. But Marisa wanted to make me happy and pursing me and helped find treatments that fit our budget plus and most importantly made my windows all look gorgeous! She has a great eye for design and understood what products work best in each of my rooms. I am so thankful I had Marisa and Twist Studio to make my home look more updated and beautiful.

Betty, Marisa, and the team at Fresh Twist have been great to work with. You can tell that they love and take great pride in what they do! From day one, Betty has been responsive, professional, and truly helpful in selecting all the window treatments for our new build. She made multiple visits to our home, helped us navigate the many options and styles, and helped us choose the shades and drapes that perfectly suit our style and home. Window treatments are an investment, but I know that we will enjoy the quality and aesthetic of our selections for many many years to come. Another plus is that this team is warm and fun to work with!

Neighbors had recommended Fresh Twist for new window shades/blinds. We were impressed by the wide selection of styles and materials, and Marisa was very helpful in our selection of what style and material to choose for our windows to replace the heavy blinds that had been in our condo when we bought it. The price seemed reasonable, they came in quickly, and the installers were fast, careful and efficient. We are very happy with the new blinds.

It was a pleasure working with Marisa. She helped me select the perfect window treatments for 11 windows in bedrooms, a bathroom, a closet and a hallway. She is professional, knowledgeable, has a wonderful sense of design and is lots of fun. She also helped me select paint colors which I never would have selected on my own but are stunning. Working with her was a great experience!

Had a wonderful experience with the team at Fresh Twist (Betty, Marisa, Brittany)! We engaged the team to pick and install window treatments for our entire home, as well as drapes for a few select rooms. They have a young and fun vibe and we always left our meetings with a smile and a feeling of “well that went well!”. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned (shipment delay, manufacturer error), they were very quick to find a solution.Window Treatments - Fresh Twist is a certified and preferred Hunter Douglas dealer and has access to all the best HD has to offer. From the first meeting until install, the team was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly NOT PUSHY. They listened to our design aesthetic, made recommendations when appropriate, was open about pricing, and we ended up loving our selections. Would recommend them to anyone interested in Hunter Douglas shades.Drapes - Again, an enjoyable experience as the team was knowledgeable, made solid recommendations, and was open about pricing/cost. They took our design inspo/aesthetic, brought relevant samples, and we ended up picking something we feel great about. What I appreciate most is you feel like a priority and they make an effort to “get it right”, for example they do in home visits/tests with the fabric before finalizing because they understand that lighting in the studio versus the home is very different. That extra effort really ensures that the client will be happy with the selection.
