I had a delay in move-in dates for my new business and had huge furniture pieces on the way with nowhere to put them. I called FedEx Freight Elmhurst and they were able to accommodate me and hold my packages at their terminal. I spoke with Sheila and she was professional and knowledgeable and organized a new delivery date and time. The company I ordered the furniture through also only offered the curbside delivery option and needed to have the huge pieces delivered inside my suite. I called back on the day of delivery to confirm the delivery time and upgrade the shipping option. Although it was an additional charge (as expected), Lauren got everything situated and made my life 100x easier. By far the most pleasant experience I've ever had with FedEx.

Ordered a lift truck, sent a regular truck. We are literally 2 miles away from hub and they couldn't provide what we ordered. Cost me 4 hours of time for their mishap.
