The overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered that essential items such as dishes, utensils, and pots were missing from the room. We had to retrieve these items from the front desk, only to find that they were not properly cleaned and required additional washing before use. Furthermore, the room lacked a coffee maker, which was a significant inconvenience. Although a toaster was provided, it was unfortunately broken. Despite our requests, the front desk was unable to provide a replacement coffee maker or repair the toaster. I selected this establishment based on a previous positive experience at a similar establishment south of Nashville, where the accommodations were comfortable and satisfactory. I had anticipated a similar level of quality and comfort at this location, but unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

Pros: Great location near the airport. Pet friendly rooms with large grassy areas for walking pets away from traffic. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and friendly front desk clerk.
Cons: Room needed a deep clean. Everything was kind of beat up (appliances, walls, carpet, etc) and in need of a remodel. Pillows were flat.

15-20 minutes drive from O'Hare airport. Rooms are dated, however, the best part is that each room has its own cooking corner with a refrigerator, microwave and cooking range.

The room was awful. My wife and I debated whether or not to sleep in the car! The bathroom was in major disrepair, the kitchenette was useless. The carpet was dirty. I could go on! The bathroom floor had water damage that has been neglected for months, and a shower rod that can't support the curtain.

One of the most dirtiest hotel i have even stayed in. When we checked in the room was stinking so bad and wasn't cleaned properly . They did not even empty the garbage of the people living before us . Fries n hair behind the side table . Dirty washroom everything was stinking. Please dont waste your money by staying in this hotel. Pet hair everywhere

They are cool but my room was kinda dirty. I had stuff spilled on the counters food on the floor, It wasn't fully cleaned. I really thought the lady at check in was welcoming. It has a nice area for a dog, not fenced but spacious to play ball at least. The hallway smelled like dirty feet/shoes. I like the windows open to air out the room. Comfy beds. They just don't offer much, no pool or sitting area .. just kinda bland for a family w kids. Also the price went up 50 bucks from a Tuesday on Wednesday so I thought the price wasn't worth the accommodations. You could stay somewhere w much more for a 115 bucks a night. Just saying. Plus you hear all outside your door. So if privacy matters... Be hush hush... It's probably a good spot for a business man w no interest in doing anything but work and being in the room.
Noteworthy details: The price is extremely high for what the offer. I paid 115 buts on a Wednesday and theres hotels that offer much more and what they offer for equal value or even less. The Holiday inn was cheaper. They had a pool and full breakfast... I'm not sure how they come up w rates.. but YOUR RATE IS WAY TO HIGH YOU NEED TO CUT IT!! LOL

One of the worst days of my life when I come in for this hotel he charging me $275 for nothing, and told me that I was smoking inside the room and I was not smoking. Advice: If you are a smoker, do not come to this hotel because they will take $275 from you. Or more because of the smell That comes from you
