Purchased a 2015 Expedition, these guys do a great job . Vehicle needed delivery set up and blower fixed. Was couple issues but everything was taken care of. Vehicle came very early for a delivery and paperwork arrived and Omar will be getting my business in future. Thanks guys for customer service, which is very hard to find these days. This was the easiest, most straight forward vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Sam and Omar treated me like an intelligent person rather than speaking down to me as car salesman often do. No frills, balloons or banners to get your business here - just reasonably priced vehicles without the hassle of the fancy dealerships. I didn't get the vibe that they were sneaky or feel the need to be on the defense as other dealerships can do. I give Elmhurst Car Center 5 stars for this transaction! Thanks guys for the new ride for my daughter. I enjoyed meeting you and chatting.

I went in last week in need of an affordable reliable car. I worked with an Omar, and I walked out with a car first day! After explaining to him my wants he listened he found the perfect match for me. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale he really heard me out and found one that fits me an my budget. I waited a week to write this to see if everything was right with the car an it is! Truly happy will recommend this place to friends and family! Thank u!

Omar sold me a great 1998 Suburban. Extremely fair price for the year and mileage and even though it does have some rusted out sheet metal, the frame and mechanicals are perfect. 10/10 would recommend especially if you're on a budget.

Don’t let the location fool you, these guys are solid. I’m extremely satisfied with my interactions with them. They’re incredibly laid-back, they’ll let you test drive the car by yourself, and there’s no sense of a pressure to buy whatsoever.
They out the door price was extremely straightforward, no ridiculous dealer fees, or unnecessary up-sells.
I highly recommend these guys, my interactions with them have been nothing but positive.

Elmhurst Car Center had the SUV we wanted and it was in our price range. The positive online reviews helped us feel confident to check them out. Omar had a professional, no-pressure approach. "As is" means, my junk is now your junk. Immediately costed me $1600 to replace the rear differential. Sam lied about helping me with the cost.
Sam What are you talking about you fixed my transmission??? You kept it for two weeks and all you did was flush it and replace the fluid it fixed nothing. The rear differential on this truck is shot and needs to be replaced. The mechanic told me that the rear axle could seize up while I’m driving. So I can literally be KILLED driving this truck. Listen I have all the paperwork and estimates for all the repairs on this vehicle that I could post right here with this review I’m well over $2000 in repair cost from the moment I drove off your lot. And the crazy woman that you refer to in your reply was a paying customer as we both payed for this vehicleI. The only one belittling and insulting is you. You sold us a complete lemon you’re not the victim here we are Everything you offered us you recanted on. It’s dealerships like yours that make people afraid to by cars. Not to mention the physical threat because of the review……...
I’m assuming that by you being. unresponsive that you’re not gonna work with me at all. You say that I’m nitpicking at small issues but a slipping transmission and rear differential are train issues. Serious issues. But at this point you have completely disregarded And decided to have no further contact with me. Not to mention check engine light to come on three days after leaving your lot and now I have two codes that I have to get removed in order to pass emissions. I can’t possibly utilize this vehicle if I can’t get it through emissions. I just asked you for a simple refund within 10 days of purchase because of the transmission slipping but when you took the car for two weeks and all you did was flush it and change the transmission oil which did nothing for the problem. You were repeatedly unavailable to talk and when we did talk you acted like the victim . We told you about clunk when going in reverse three days after purchase. Turns out the rear axle differential is shot and needs to be replaced. Im well aware of your 185K lemon law but I’m talking about the fraudulent write up on the vehicle. Before you conveniently removed it I was able to screenshot it. We would be filing for fraud which therefore nullifies the lemon law. It would be wise not to give anymore physical threats forreviews that would be posted on the truth of this transaction if you refuse not to work with us. I’m asking for partial refund to get the vehicle in decent working order. You would lose more from one customer walking away because of an honest review. I feel I’m being more than fair. If I don’t hear from you we are preparing to move forward legally and you’ll be receiving a letter from my attorney. You’d be leaving no other choice by not being able work with me on this. You should realize one customer that walks away from a honest review will be a greater financial loss than a partial refund.

Customer service is horrible. I've called 2x about a vehicle. The way they answered the phone is unprofessional. I was told I'd get a call back, was hung up on and i didn't get a call back the 1st day. I called the next day, no answer. When they called back, again unprofessional. I had to ask who they were. They told me to fill out an application, which I did the 1st day before I called and again was told they were looking at my application and call me back..again was hung up on before I could say anything!
When answering the phone, should announce your name and the dealership, not hello you called.

I was looking for a used Ford Explorer that was in great condition at a fair price. What drew me to Elmhurst Car Center was their price for the vehicle I was looking for was much lower that many of their competitors for the same year, mileage and condition.
Great place to buy a car from. Accommodating, honest and professional. Did not haggle over price, unlike other dealerships where you'll sit all day and play games. Definitely recommend and would buy from again!

I bought an Audi A8 from Omer and the price was the best in the nation. Customer service was amazing. I live in FL and had it delivered in less than 3 days. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew what to do for out of state registration and always responds.
