Overall a very good experience with excellent service from a variety of the team = thanks. I've had an issue with the pre-owned car purchased, but they've looked after the situation brilliantly which is what I need. I'd prefer to have no issues with the car but they are trying to sort out and I can't ask for more than that.

We recently purchased the BMW X7 and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are returning customers for the third time and Michal has been our sales representative each time. He is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and provides a very detailed experience. It is extremely difficult to find a person who takes pride in what they are selling and who can answer questions asked with professionalism and integrity. A five star experience!
What we also appreciated was the opportunity to get to know our vehicle. After we decided on the vehicle, Michal had us meet with Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and informative in familiarizing us with the unbelievable technology that BMW has. It left us feeling excited and eager to get behind the wheel. We really appreciated that extra level of customer service that Elmhurst BMW gave us. Highly recommend!

Inquired about the 2013 Lexus Rx 350 over the phone. Drove 1 hour away to see the vehicle only for the salesman Anthony to offer me a Buick which I told him I was not interested in. After test driving the Lexus they still ran my credit for the Buick which I already made clear I did not want! I left very angry and disappointed. This whole experience was a waste of time!

This is a review from a consumer that decided not to purchase for reason below.
BE AWARE….. When you see a used vehical selling price, it is not really the selling price at all. They add a windshield protection, LoJack, and nitrogen to the tires you are forced to accept. So point being look at the posted price and add $1734.95 additional to the price for the items you MUST accept, and that is your starting price. Not the claimed price they post online.
Very interesting way to do business.

We had an a really good experience (as good as buying a car can be ?) with Joe Svoboda when purchasing our new car from Elmhurst BMW. From the moment my wife and I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel at ease. Throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions without any pressure and was willing to do whatever it took to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. I couldn’t be happier with our new car and the exceptional service we received.

These 5 stars are really for the Salesman Brian! I came in about 2 weeks ago in search of a car and settled on a Malibu. When I walked into the dealership no one even batted an eye towards me or my family to assist us in anything EXCEPT Brian! Brian was very polite and thorough with the process of test driving the car, to working with the numbers as far as payment goes! Now I didn’t end up getting the car that day but Brian kept updating me to see if I still needed help with Malibu or another car on the lot. Due to scheduling issues I wasn’t able to return to this dealership to purchase a car but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brian for any help in searching for a New or pre owned vehicle at this establishment!

Worst service ever.
I am a current BMW employee for well over a decade now and it is engraved in ever BMW employee that BMW is an experience and a life style of quality. This is not what I experienced with this dealership. I was told that I needed to get my car to them, that it could take 2 weeks, and that they do not offer any type of rental car or loaner cars. I am in town for my daughters Navy graduation and needed to be at the airport with my daughter tomorrow morning and then back to South Carolina for work and he had no sympathy
Fields BMW is the only place I would recommend in the state of Illinois. They had my car picked up offered me and my children breakfast and lunch and place me in a rental car because they wanted to make sure my life didn't stop on account of BMW and they also believe in customer service and BMW quality.

Mike Banach was excellent in handling our ONLINE purchase of a 2015 BMW i8 they had! Not having to see the vehicle in person,
(as we're 1000 miles away) we relied on Mike, and he thoroughly handled all of our questions, with videos and photos of the car with this remote purchase. Constant follow up and communication from Mike! Also, as we had a lot of questions on the 'battery' condition , as this is a 'hybrid'. Shop foreman (Sam?) got on the phone with us to thoroughly explain the battery check process. Mike made the transaction flawless. Great dealership team!

I think this dealership is subpar compared to others, especially if you’re purchasing a new BMW. I worked with the agent named Eugene. He dismissed a better offer I previously had from a different dealership without explanation and was confrontational when I visited, making the process uncomfortable.
Instead of listening to what I preferred to get, he focused more on discounts that actually made the total fees to go up. To make it worse, they didn’t have a single vehicle ready for a test drive, even though they knew I was coming.
I ended up going to a better-stocked dealership and finalized my purchase the same day with very close to what I wanted but with a lower price. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a smoother experience.
