One of the main reasons I moved to Elmhurst. The commitment to local talent and creative youth is a hallmark of our community. EAM features diverse, progressive and very talented artists

We paid 40 for an “immersive” kids exhibit. But everything was labeled “do not touch” and took 5 min to walk through. We walked in thinking it was part of the park and the woman working up front told us how much fun our 4 year old would have in the Donkey Hodey exhibit. Once it took us all of 5 min to get through, she told us the “Monsters in the Park” was included with the ticket price. That exhibit is free to all… Don’t waste your money. We felt robbed.

Some people are saying that they get $1,100 worth of catering delivered and don't tip.

We went to the “A Love Supreme” exhibit “event” at the EAM last night and the experience was sublime. The art, the poetry, the music: It all evidenced a willingness and an ability to stretch boundaries and be a true player in the big game. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!!

We went for Free First Friday! Every first Friday of the month is free entry. Cute little art museum with some really cool sculptures outside and this awesome sky box between the two buildings. Nice rotation of exhibits.
And they help sponsor Wilder Art in the Park which is one of the best outside art shows around Chicago! Every May is the big art show.

A really fun local art museum. Easy parking. Quality displays. And it was a make and take day! So fun!! When we bought our tickets we were fully informed about the current artists and themes! All staff were helpful and knowledgeable! I love that they support local artists and have some of their art for sale! After the art museum we grabbed a bite to eat in downtown Elmhurst. Fun date day trip!!

Great little art museum with amazing exhibits. There is also a little house "The McCormick House" attached to the museum which has updated themes. You can shop at the gift shop, really interesting items. Most of all, I love the art for sale behind the gift shop.

This is a really great small Chicagoland museum. I have visited several times to see specific exhibitions. Some of them, like the ones featuring the Chicago Imagists and the Hairy Who, have been spectacular, as good as what you'd see at the Art Institute. It is not very large place, you can see everything in an hour, but if you see an exhibit that interests you, I highly recommend you visit.

Nice museum, very small. We only spent about an hour there. Easy to get to, one level, no stairs, clean. Admission price seems a little steep, given the size of the place. I would go again for special exhibits.

An enjoyable art museum in the suburbs. They had a lot of nice pieces to look at and everyone there was polite and helpful
