The fact that they have a car with a timing belt issue and won't fix it or isn't willing to negotiate ethically and logically is really ashame. They only care about making money not the safety of there customers apparently!

The way they have the cars parked and stacked you really can't test drive it the best you can do is start and just listen to them so I'm not a big fan.

I was hoping to buy my son his dream car don't go there they're all junk cars the guy with the cigar has a big smirk on his face I went to get the car inspected before I bought it thank God I did that the car needed 3k work the salesman if u can call him that name Jesse gave me the run around after I came back from inspecting the car at a real mechanic he said it's not true they wanted to knock down 500$ for the 3k the car needed always have a car inspected when your buying from them I don't know how they sleep at night I wish the government or someone would crack down on these people come in with 10 real mechanics inspect all the car's and shut them down and the garbage around that place I don't know how they are in business still I wish I could give the 0 Stars it looks like a junk yard not a dealership SHUT THEM DOWN call the village I think they pay the customers to give them good reviews we need a FBI raid on that place one day they will be on the news for that garbage place if I had to walk or buy a car from them I rather walk or take the bus

Ted the owner was on top of his game and made adjustments for me on the fly .I got approved for a car but when I was at the lot another car caught my attention it was the same year and make just a different model .They sent the paperwork to the lenders and got me exactly what I wanted I appreciate you Ted I see why u have been in business so long A 1 service !!!

We purchased a car with the understanding its high mileage would need repairs.When we brought it home checked oil none. I purchased oil checked it 2 days later none. We returned they couldn’t find it. We had to replace starter. AA auto repair said engine was no good. no oil spots on the ground. We took it back they reffered us to somone they knew he replaced a gasket. The car continued to use up oil. Toyota had a recall on air bags. They said it was $.4000 to replace where the oil was leaking. I understand older cars need repaired. It’s truly bad business to sell one with a bad engine.I reported them attorney general.They refused to do anything. This is my experience. Buyers be aware

* Editing first review. I bought the van Feb 29th and the transmission went out May 25th. Not even 3 months later and now I’m without a vehicle again. Awesome*
I showed up on a random Tuesday to look at the vehicles and Ted helped me. He was very honest with me and helped me with a van in my budget. They were very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. So far so good with the van! Thanks Ted!

Very nice people, no pressure to purchase a vehicle. They allowed me to take my time while I checked out several cars. No issues with allowing me to go out for a test drive. I ended up with a very lovely 2003 BMW. The car looked great on the outside, but it did require a bit of mechanical work after I took it to a mechanic who specializes in older BMWs. The cars are a low price usually for a reason. If your willing to put in a little extra on repairs, you could end up with a good car.

Brought a 02 Dodge Durango from this junkyard of a dealership and that’s being polite the truck needed a new transmission and it burned oil which needed a new head gasket please don’t waste your time or money go to genuine motors in Schaumburg,il any cars you buy from them come with a free 6 month warranty I want to help anyone I can from my own experience

Over the last 20 yrs of living very close to, I’ve purchased a few vehicles from them.. very honest and straight forward.. prices are good and a great selection. From beaters with heaters to nice higher end things .. I always stop there first when replacing or adding something to my driveway

I bought a Honda Ridgeline from here the Summer of 2022. Not being from Illinois, I wasn't fully aware of "buyer beware" and took the sellers at their word that it was solid shop truck, that the tonneau that wasn't installed was perfectly functional, that the A/C just needed a recharge (and didn't have a leak, which it did), that the clunk in the right was due to the gas can they had as opposed to a broken suspension, and (although they may not have known this) that after some distance, the transmission goes out and needs replacing. The truck was $5300, I put another $2k in it until the transmission went out. I asked them to make it right. The shop owner said he would charge me their "shop rate" if I transported it the 4 hours down there, and paid for the parts to have it fixed..
Long story short, do your due diligence, and do not trust these folks at their word.

Went before they opened the cars on the lot were parked bumper to bumper and door to door I read the online reviews and saw more negative news than good the vehicle I wanted looked nice in the picture but in person it was trashed out inside and I knew it was not the vehicle for me I didn't wait around to speak with anyone just knew I should go elsewhere
