Highly, Highly recommend Eleganza for tuxedo rentals. Elena is very good at fitting the tuxes and mixes and matches regular/slim fits depending on the person. She even shorted/lengthened the sleeves and pants as needed for the rentals. Everything came out perfect!

I love my dress I found so much! It was so well priced, and so beautiful. I also bought my veil from the store and I got tons of compliments on it. I had them do the alterations for my gown as well and it turned out perfectly, fit me like a glove. Wonderful experience! Thank you.

1. They didn’t know I had an appointment when I arrived.2. The owner and staff weren’t wearing a mask, have some respect for your customers.3. I was insisted to try on other things opposite to what I was looking for even though I repeatedly declined.Do not recommend going here. So disorganized and left disappointed.

The only reason why I even gave a star was because 0 is not an option. Lets begin with the fact the staff is rude and unprofessional! I’m going to make something very clear before they appear on here with excuses on how it’s my fault that I either didn’t have an appointment or saying I was too early or l too late... I DID HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I WAS ON TIME! actually the woman running the shop was late so it was closed. I was standing outside waiting on them like a fool until another lady randomly approached me and said she would call them for me explaining how “it happens all the time” as if it were a valid excuse for the business to run this way. Once we were inside we practically had to beg them to show me a dress as if I was waisting their valuable time. I have never seen a business feel so entitled as if they are doing you the honors of selling you a dress. A wedding dress is THE MOST intimate and personal detail of the entire wedding for most woman! IT IS IN ALL OF THE PICTURES AND MEMORIES from a special day that marks an entire future! Shopping for a wedding dress should be precious moment. As a business woman myself I am appalled and embarrassed by the way this business runs. I was not asking for someone to grovel at my feet simply because I’m spending money here, but I was expecting to have a bit of respect during MY UNFORGETTABLE ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience seeing as I have never been treated this way! I finished my business elsewhere.UPDATING to the response.. As I stated I HAD AN APPOINTMENT to which YOUR shop still had me wait for .. So there was someone on here who was too early for their appointment and you had a problem with someone trying to waste Your time by showing up early but no problem with you wasting mine since you show up late? As I have stated I was not expecting more than the simple respect and acknowledgement any customer paying customer deserves especially when I have reserved my time to shop. I am WELL aware there is a pandemic but are you? Not a lot of businesses have made it through such challenging times and those who have are grateful for the customers who want to spend their money to help them stand during these difficult times... maybe you should as well

I had an amazing experience with Eleganza Bridal Gallery! I live out of state from this bridal salon, and found a dress I loved online. I worked with the staff through numerous phone calls and emails, and they were VERY helpful and patient while working with someone who lived out of state! They helped me with shipping the dress to my house so I could try it on - it arrived in great condition and was very low cost to ship. They explained the return process thoroughly as well, but thankfully the dress fit well and I kept it! I would highly recommend Eleganza because of the friendly and helpful staff, as well as a beautiful selection of dresses.I want to say THANK YOU to Angela and everyone at Eleganza who worked with me to help me get my dress!!!

I found my dream wedding dress online at Eleganza. The manager, Angela Ene, shipped the dress to me immediately upon receiving my payment. I couldn’t be more grateful for her haste and assurance that if I found any issue with the item, I could return it and receive a full refund. The dress was in perfect condition. I went there 2 weeks ago. Let me say the person who greeted us wasn't too thrill to see us, i told her i was just looking around. She took me to see more dresses and she was so disrespectful to me and my sister. Making comments to me because my wedding day was 9 months away. Never in my life did i feel this disrespected before, i ended up leaving and look somewhere else for my dresss. I dont recommend going there at all. Cannot believe they let that lady run the store treating paying customers like this.

Please refer to my original review for the details of this horrendous experience. To reply to the reply on my review, the lack of remorse by the business owner after repeatedly telling a bride she's too big is a problem. Their customer service (of lack of) should be an evident problem to any potential bride. The responder said I was looking only for a fitted style. Please refer to my attached picture (among many others that I didn't post in case my fiance saw) where I tried on A-line dresses and ball gowns, I was NOT only looking for a fitted style, so please don't pin the "too big" remarks on that. I was not particular in phrasing but I did ask her not to tell me I was "big" over and over when she was doing it to me and in front of my loved ones. You can ask any of the four people in my entourage about the terrible experience we had that day. Try owning your mistakes and apologizing for them instead of telling me all of the reasons why it's my fault your store made a beautiful experience a terrible experience. I went to four other stores after this one and NO ONE even once told me I was too big or that their sizes were too small for me. Your small dress and size selection should not be MY problem.

This place is extraordinary. THE best service, tailors, and overall experience. I was in a bind, due to poor service from another tuxedo rental place and came to this shop last minute. They could not have been more accommodating. My tuxedo was the best one at the wedding, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for making me feel and look like a million bucks. For any occasion, I would recommend this shop. You will be treated like a king, or queen and they will get it right the first time and on time. Elana was particularly helpful and extremely knowledgeable, thank you!

The people at Eleganza were by far the easiest to work with while picking my wedding dress. I went there and was wowed by the selection of beautiful dresses and the assistance of Angela as she was helping me select a dress. I ended up falling in love with a dress and purchasing it that day! I returned a few weeks later to buy a veil and my fiance is getting his tuxedos from there as well. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Let me start off by saying i absolutely LOVE Angela. I picked my dress i wanna say probably a year and a half before my wedding and she was SUPER great with getting/staying in touch with me and answering all of the many the questions i had. I should mention I live in California but had my wedding in Chicago, so planning was a bit tough, but Angela made it so easy for me. It was one less thing i had to think about.
