"I'll call you right back." This is what I was told on the phone twice the night before and once via text on moving day. The "dispatcher" never called me back either. After numerous frantic calls that rang unanswered and leaving messages for Alex, Rich, and Randy no one ever called and no one ever showed up. No move. No way to run a business. No stars

Amazing, I 100 % recommend hiring this company. They were able to get my giant sofa sleeper (super heavy couch) hoisted up to my 2nd floor balcony to bring it in, since it could not make it up the stairs due to a narrow entrance. They were in and out super fast, very professional, wore masks, and got the job done. The best movers around and affordable prices! Also, thankful they were able to come without much notice so I could quickly get my couch out of my garage.

These guys were great! First of all they were the cheapest out of all of the moving companies I contacted. We're talking several hundreds of dollars. They were the most flexible with scheduling. They also dropped off boxes for us two weeks before. They were on time, friendly, and fast! Can't say enough good things about Del's!

Somewhat mixed review here. The good is that the team of 3 movers were friendly, efficient, and they successfully moved all our furniture from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator to our new house 3 miles away with few mishaps. The cost of the move was definitely worth it, especially in the 90 degree heat these guys had to work in, and I appreciate their efforts! Before they left, the team repeatedly asked me if everything was where I wanted it and made adjustments if necessary. They brought all the materials they needed, including extra boxes, tape, etc. The downside was that the movers were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9am, and they did not arrive until 10:45am with no explanation or forewarning. I tried calling different people in the company repeatedly but was not able to get an answer on where the movers were and when they would be arriving. I understand things come up, but I would have appreciated heads up that they would be late, as it altered my plans and I ended up sitting around for 2-3 hours waiting for them. My only other issue, which I only noticed a couple days after the move, was that my desk had be damaged by the packing tape, which stripped the vinyl right off the side (pictured). A box had been placed right next to the desk covering the damage, so I didn't see it until afterwards while unpacking. The charitable assumption is that the movers did not notice. The uncharitable one is that they did and placed the box there so that I wouldn't see it before they left. I oscillated between 3 and 4 stars for this reason, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt so others can make their own determination.

I had requested a quote online on Sunday, March 28th for a pretty last minute move on the upcoming Saturday, April 3rd. It came back within an hour, if I recall, and it was incredibly reasonable! I called on Monday, March 29th to confirm the details and was able to speak with someone at the Elmhurst office right away to confirm. I was told I would receive a confirmation call/text on Friday, April 2nd and the movers would arrive between 8AM - 9AM on Saturday for our move. Fast forward to Friday, April 2nd - I received a call from Del's Moving to confirm details for the following day. The movers showed up at 8:15am on Saturday, April 3rd and got right to work. Everything was moved out of our home so efficiently and carefully. The movers (3 total) were polite and made sure to confirm which things were going with them and which we'd be taking ourselves. Once we arrived at our new home, the movers were just as efficient, if not more, unloading the truck. They were done with everything by 12:30pm. We were quoted an amount that ended up being exactly where they told me it would be. Payment was easy with a credit card and we were provided a receipt right away. I am so glad we called Del's for our move. They really did a great job and we would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family.

Del's Movers did an excellent job moving my business (Wisdom Eldercare) to our new office space in Elmhurst. The movers were very helpful and careful with our belongings. They were efficient and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Del's Movers for your residential or business move.

These guys left me stranded. My daughter-moving from a Chicago apt. to another in Chicago. New tenants moving in to her apt. that afternoon. All packed up and ready to go. No phone call. NO SHOW. NO EXPLANATION. Wouldn't answer the phone or return a phone call. it was also moving day in Chicago so no rental trucks available. We drove down Fullerton and after looking at lines around the corner at U-Haul, spotted a moving van driving by. Called the number. TG! they were available and came over within the hour. All this after myself and my family had used Del's 4 times previously. Never use again of course. I)

I debated writing this review but today while driving down 294 during rush hour traffic, I noticed a truck swerving in front of me. A large moving truck that said Del's Moving & Storage. I watched and gave it some space and sure enough, the truck continued to swerve all over my lane and drift and pull back and drift and pull back into the lane again. Within a matter of minutes this truck drifted across four lanes of traffic and barely missing several innocent drivers on the road. Just as I reached for my phone to call 911 to report an irradic and probably drunk driver (attempting to hopefully have a state trooper get this dangerous driver off the road) I watched the truck drift into the far right lane and swerving and pulling back into the lane and finally drove right into the back of a small car in front of it!!! I could not believe what I was seeing! Del's Moving & Storage, I don't know who you are hiring to drive your trucks but because of this I would never recommend your business. What I witnessed today was not only stupid, it was incredibly dangerous! I am surprised more cars were not hit & I pray the passengers in that small car are not hurt too badly. Do us all a favor and do background checks on your drivers!

These movers were great. I was scheduled for the minimum time, and they did it in less than that. They were courteous, swift, and careful. I would highly recommend them. I had an extra stop to pick up some additional furniture and there was no charge for the addition of the stop. Got along great with my dog and helped arranged my furniture how I wanted it as well before they left.
