Since CVS closed a lot of locations there have been so many issues with getting prescriptions delivered it's not even funny. Crazy thing is, even though we have the right address listed in their database, they've sent our medication to the wrong house, twice - two separate houses on two separate occasions. What's up with that?

I was in need of service and decided that instead of using an immediate care, which my doctors recommend, I would chose CVS. At first the process seemed easy enough. Enter my symptoms, sore throat, and clogged ear, appointment time, and other information. Arrive at the scheduled time and go to the Minute Clinic area. Wait until I'm called in for a breif check in. I provid my past health history, then I was given a standard vitals exam, then given a strep test. I was then asked to wait until the RN was ready. Once I was called into the exam room I let her know what my concerns were. After a bit of talk she took a ear, nose, and throat scope, and briefly examined the effected areas. After learning my strep test was negative she provided little information to any other causes to my sore throat, nor did she do any other examination of the area. Then seeing my ear, she advised it needed to be cleaned, and she could assist. We started to talk and she then learned that I had had 2 major surgeries, and was on immunosuppressive medication. She proceeded to let me know, "sorry" we can't do that now because of the immunosuppressive meds. Once this was all wrapped up, with absolutely none of my symptoms resolved, and absolutely NO help from this RN, YOU charge me $100?!?!CVS should NOT advertise itself as a "CLINIC". There was obviously no review of my history by the RN, or she may have seen my medical past, and NOT offered to help with my ear.She could have gone further to look at my throat, or possibly recommend an over the counter relief solution, instead leaving me just like I came in, minus $100.00.This experience has caused more stress over this unexpected, and disappointing let down, all for an excessive charge, and for what? NOTHING.CVS?STAY AWAY!

The General Manager has a very manipulative way of engaging with people. You'd have to be actively fact checking while he’s speaking or he’ll trick you.

I wish I saw these reviews before I visited the minute clinic. I felt heavily uncomfortable by the staff. They were rude and inconsiderate of my needs. They were short and impatient in communication. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Next time I’ll go to Walgreens.

Wishing I could give this pharmacy a zero. Every time I have to come here, they disappoint me. They always say that my medication isn't ready or I'm not eligible for a refill when, I indeed am eligible for a refill. They always check again and, oh yes, there it is! Why can't you just give me my ready prescription instead of having to fight about it. Every. Time. My medication is also always "out of stock" and I need to come back after the weekend too. What if we can't wait? The attitude is that we're just shit out of luck. Do better guys!! Switching pharmacies asap.

Lady at the clinic was not helpful AT ALL. I was told to reschedule because I did not have a credit card at the beginning of the appointment, my insurance would have covered simple throat infection medication. When I told her I could have someone bring a card or I could pay with ApplePay she then started looking down at her watch as if I was wasting her time. I have never been asked to present a credit card before being helped at a clinic. I was better off going to a Midway Express Clinic instead.

Great experience here. Just moved to elmhurst m, had no idea how to get rid of a few extra broken down boxes and Rick helped by offering to take a few at the store. Nicest thing anyone’s done in elmhurst

Went here for a vaccine shot. Had to wait for 45 minutes even though I booked an appointment. I also booked for a physical exam through minute clinic and the ladies had quite the personality. I gave the demands to their requests including printing a physical copy of my lab results (despite having a digital version on my phone) in a nearby UPS only to be refused to be given a physical exam due to a single prescription I take. She didn't get my blood pressure. Heck, she never even touched me and all she did was look at a piece of paper! I wasted 3 hours of my time here. I went to a different place for a physical exam and everything was fine and smooth sailing. The minute clinic people have very bad attitudes and I beg you to go to a different place instead.

Went to buy cold medicine, the night shift lady did not let me pay in the self pay cashier, she asked me to pay with her, and asked my birth day, i said is not decongestion medicine, usually for that i go straight to the pharm, and show id, she did not explain why she asked for my b day, honestly i thing was a excuse from her to make sure i pay in front, i am a current customer of cvs and i feel she picked on me for what ever reason, i heard a lot of stealing is going on there, but no my case, i wont go to jail for 20 dollars item, they watch the wrong people, no comfortable going there again
