CVS is great. I miss the convenience of the Franklin Park location. Elmhurst location is always friendly and professional.

Their pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I've had 2 bad experiences in regards to my prescriptions. They tell me one thing then oh what they told me wasn't true. so glad I'm at the walmart pharmacy for all of my other prescriptions. never had an issue. this place CVS twice now. Never will I use them again. no wonder they have 2.9 stars going into my 1 star review.

It is extremely sad that Bensenville location is closing and now people have to deal with this unprofessional and rude pharmacy. They don't even pay attention to what you are asking them and the only thing that they can do is just talk over you and be extremely disrespectful....
So sad, so upset with CVS

Wish I could give a zero. Had appointment scheduled for today at 3:30. Never got confirmation email but had picture of appointment from the website. Woman refused to take us even though they were open for another hour and we had clearly booked. There was only one other person waiting. Rude and condescending and walked away when we were mid sentence. So much for a bed side manner. .

the nurse was excellent & really nice (honestly i’d give her 5 stars) but the doctor did not communicate nor did she take my ailment seriously. i’ve had a nasty virus for 2 weeks now & was told to “take mucinex” after that she fiddled around on the computer & told me i owe $20. i went to another immediate care facility because i’m still not feeling better & was actually treated by a doctor who is capable of communicating

Since CVS closed a lot of locations there have been so many issues with getting prescriptions delivered it's not even funny. Crazy thing is, even though we have the right address listed in their database, they've sent our medication to the wrong house, twice - two separate houses on two separate occasions. What's up with that?

I was in need of service and decided that instead of using an immediate care, which my doctors recommend, I would chose CVS. At first the process seemed easy enough. Enter my symptoms, sore throat, and clogged ear, appointment time, and other information. Arrive at the scheduled time and go to the Minute Clinic area. Wait until I'm called in for a breif check in. I provid my past health history, then I was given a standard vitals exam, then given a strep test. I was then asked to wait until the RN was ready. Once I was called into the exam room I let her know what my concerns were. After a bit of talk she took a ear, nose, and throat scope, and briefly examined the effected areas. After learning my strep test was negative she provided little information to any other causes to my sore throat, nor did she do any other examination of the area. Then seeing my ear, she advised it needed to be cleaned, and she could assist. We started to talk and she then learned that I had had 2 major surgeries, and was on immunosuppressive medication. She proceeded to let me know, "sorry" we can't do that now because of the immunosuppressive meds. Once this was all wrapped up, with absolutely none of my symptoms resolved, and absolutely NO help from this RN, YOU charge me $100?!?!CVS should NOT advertise itself as a "CLINIC". There was obviously no review of my history by the RN, or she may have seen my medical past, and NOT offered to help with my ear.She could have gone further to look at my throat, or possibly recommend an over the counter relief solution, instead leaving me just like I came in, minus $100.00.This experience has caused more stress over this unexpected, and disappointing let down, all for an excessive charge, and for what? NOTHING.CVS?STAY AWAY!
