Do not recommend, not honorable or trustworthy. I took a high end 75 inch 8K in here based on good reviews. The TV would not turn on but was perfect condition outside of that issue. For next two weeks I get inconsistent messages about them trying back light, power board and other parts to fix it. Kept mentioning lines in tv which I didn’t understand as it was perfect condition outside of not turning on. Finally go in 2 weeks later and get the attached picture of tv. They tell me the lines are in the tv and can’t be fixed and they don’t know what it is from. Disappointing as screen was fine when I dropped it off, but they claim they didn’t look closely at the tv when I dropped it off (great business strategy). They say they didn’t do it, lie about a main board not being available so even if they did the TV can’t be fixed anyway. They even pretended to be confused as to what would have caused the damage. Left there with the TV and took it for second opinion to Ben’s TV Repair in Glenview (wish I would of gone here first). Ben’s TV took one look at it and diagnosed it with a broken panel from physical impact damage to the screen. Refused to charge me for looking at it and recycled the TV for free. Sent an email to condor to see if they want to make it right and crickets. Classy customer service. Never got an answer but pretty sure this place doesn’t have insurance if they break your TV so they just try to hide it. Save yourself the hassle and take your TV to Ben’s TV Repair in Glenview.

They were very helpful removing a VHS tape stuck in a VCR player. They helped me immediately, got the job done quickly and charged me a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Condor if my TV needed to be repaired.

Exceeded all expectations. These guys are kind, thorough, and pros at what they do. They helped fix a focus issue in my 1989 CRT TV-same day! I spent some time in the shop as I waited and they were helpful and fair to all. I have a feeling any negative review of them is due to a customer's personal lack of patience or communication. GOOD CRT TV REPAIR IS A RARE PRIVILEGE THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN !

It’s a cash only business. $20.00 inspection fee that’s supposed to count towards your final bill. The guy on the phone told me it was $90.00 because they couldn’t get all of my HDMI ports to work.When I came to pick it up, the other guy changed the price. Totally shady and needlessly dishonest.

Brought my tv in, was given a fast quote and had it repaired when I got back into town. Much cheaper than replacing tv altogether no matter how much prices have fallen.

I have a 60 inch Sony TV when all of a sudden the picture and sound went out I called them up on a holiday Eve I said bring it in. 5 days later it was back up on my wall reasonable price happy to pay it. 6 hours later the same thing happened again, I called them up they said to bring it in no problem we'll take care of it the warranty professionalism responsibility and taking care of my TV in a quality time is why I'm glad I called this place I would recommend them to everyone.

Had a Sony TV Android that stopped working after an upgrade. Did home research and attempted to upgrade the firmware, with no success. I purchased a new main board and the tv still would not upgrade. Took the TV to Condor and Abe was able to upgrade the firmware / Flash IC. $150 charge. Works like new. Awesome service, within 2 days and saved the landfill another TV. Thank You!! Eric D.
