I post a complaint regarding the branch Manager's horrible behavior and now I see it is gone. I believe his name is Jefferson Vyxay. Everything a branch manager can do wrong, vyxay did it. He is the worst by far I have ever experienced and if he thinks I'm ever going to give up letting chase customers know of his horrid treatment, he'd better think again. It just make me madder and more determined than ever and I will go to the top regarding this matter. Vyxay should not even be employed by chase. He's a disgrace to banking and customer service. Vyxay, nice try. It's not going to work and now I will tell every chase customer I know about your disgraceful behavior towards customers. Count on it.

The computers were down and they were unable to conduct any business transactions. Why didn't they close the doors and say Due to computer Malfunction, we are unable To serve you. What happened to common sense?.

This branch is usually a quick not busy location that is friendly enough and is always a smooth transition.I would recommend if you need a Chase in the Elmhurst area.

I went through drive up atm. Parking lot is small and only three lines but i was happy to find a location near by. I haven’t seen before but it was great to see video who you are chatting with at atm. Overall happy with service.

The BEST customer service of any Chase branch I have visited. Parking lot is awful but so is just about every single location Chase has so par for the course. Always are willing to have someone stop what they're doing and help with my problems - in the rare instance that they can't help me right then and there they offer to set an appointment for a time that works on my schedule.Pretty much won't go into any other branch but this one from other experiences I've had.

It's horrible that they are always out of staff, I went to their locations in IL and tried to open the business account but they asked me to get the appointment. This should not work like this, COVID is just a reason actually they are saving money to not hiring staff. I had to pick another bank to open my business account then
