The colors are so vibrant and the stair treads are thick and really add safety and beauty to otherwise plain stairs. I will definitely order all my rugs from Koeckritz. They're amazing!”

“Great carpet options and helpful sales people. Slightly disappointed at installation. We were not forewarned that we would need to cut down all of our doors that no longer shut once carpet was installed. We asked the installer to stop edge before door and he did not understand us. Also he dented the metal edge trying to shut the door over it.”
“We had a wonderful experience with both sales and delivery/installation. We needed an old-school flooring business like this to help us with carpet selection all the way to installation. They explained the different types of carpet materials that would work best for the room we needed it for. Speaking of which, no room is too small for their business. We only needed carpet for a small 7x10 room, and they said no problem! They even provide the installers. No need to look for a separate company. We are so pleased and will definitely use Scharm's services again.”

They came on time and I was asked to visit the store to choose the materials. When I visited the store I met the same person (Adolfo) who took the measurements. Adolfo helped us to choose the materials that fit our taste and budget... even he was flexible making adjustments as we kept changing materials. I can't wait till they come and install ...”
“After suffering through a couple of high-pressure sales pitches from bigger carpeting companies (I won't name names, but you know their phone numbers!), working with Fabiola at Yonan Carpet One was a breath of fresh air. She patiently walked us through the carpeting choices, allowed us to take many samples home, and she worked diligently to answer all of our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure to do the research to find out. She never pressured us to make our decisions. We took our time, and we are pleased with our choice. Highly recommend.”

“I love my floors done by this Luna! Joe Marzano helped with every step of the way from start to finish--choosing the right LVP wood for my condo to installation and final touches. The entire job was done in about 2 days for my space, and Paulo (not sure if I have the spelling right) and the other installer who helped were always punctual and professional. Everything unfolded just as Joe and the contract indicated it would. I always received a courtesy call on the days installers were coming to let me know they were on their way and a feasible ETA, which I appreciated for my scheduling purposes. It was absolutely seamless work from start to finish which amazing. Ultimately, it was an exceptional experience working with this location, and I could not be more satisfied with the finished product! 10/10 would recommend everyone who was part of helping me through this location!”
