I regret coming in here because Mr. Eric was a waste of my time I ask him a question and he responds with “that is the question you are asking now.” I didn’t want to respond in any other way that would have made the situation tense but after we completed the transaction he did not provide me my paperwork (for opening a new account) so now I don’t have my account number I am having an issue logging in and I can find the details I need to get in. Eric was a waste of my time I advise you if you come into this branch avoid any assistance from him. All the other Bank of America branches near me their customer service sucks i should’ve sticked with chase instead.

It makes no sense that everyone in this location feel like the personal phone calls are more important than the customer in the bank and the only this place is the worst Eric just assumed that I was waiting for someone, but never asked if I needed help because his coworker dropped the ball and never told him he had a guest waiting to speak with him, then Dan walks out with another sad excuse why I’m still waiting which was pathetic, unprofessional.. but after all that the young man Liam saved the day the youngest of them all and definitely the brightest. Thanks Liam for your professionalism….. show the others how it’s done Please.

The tellers have a really bad attitude problem. I don’t understand why people work in customer service.

Backup bankers to those in charge of dealing with estate/trust matters have no idea what they’re doing. Previously had no issues getting bank statements for deceased family member’s accounts, manager now on vacation and they will not provide additional statements. Death certificate, Letter of Office and my DL, in addition to same last name, are not good enough to get a bank statement if they don’t know what they’re doing. Those credentials are enough for IRAs, the state of IL and previously Bank of America IF you get the right person that knows what they’re doing. Train your people properly, all they know is to “look in their system “.UPDATE: Welcome back Maureen, you’re the best! Maureen was able to provide me with what I needed, the right people make all the difference!!

Slow, sloppy and unprofessional. I'm ready to close my accounts with Bank of America. They have terrible customer service, long wait times and this location doesn't answer the phone when you call.

Great service from Adriana! She took care of a problem I had at a different location. She made sure to follow up until the issue was resolved.

I have to rate it 1 star for how unprofessional and disrespectful their Banker was. This woman was literally cursing and not being respectful at all. I don't remember her name but she was a slim African American woman. I was later helped by the assistant branch manager and she did a phenomenal job assisting me. If it wasn't for her cleaning up the situation I probably would go out my way to another branch after the the service I initially recieved.
