There is a reason why this bank has only 1 star at the time I posted this. They are fine with you waiting in line with only 1 teller to service 8 customers. The ATM can't fill all banking requirements.

This has to be the SLOWEST bank you can go to. There's always a long line, never anyone available to assist even when I've made an appointment as they mention every time I come in.

After depositing a check on the app, only to have it be deposited and then rejected, getting the run around, and being lied to from BOA corporate customer service for nearly 2 weeks, I went into the branch in Elmhurst and met face-to-face with Mr. Ricana, Relationship Banker. He called the mobile banking people and got the check deposited into our account, but then lied to me as well - twice! He said the money would be available the next day, when it was patently untrue, and told me to call him the next day if the money wasn't in the account, even though he knew he was not working the following day.

Horrible customer service at this branch, inattentive staff, long wait lines. Never more then one teller available! No ATM inside, just drive through!

This branch does not even deserve 1 star. I have never seen a more understaffed bank, always long lines, people behind the counter act as if there is only 1 person in the bank. BOA you should close this wasted branch down, I guarantee you nobody will miss it.

Every time I walk in to this always understaffed, always long-customer lined bank I wonder why I haven't switched banks yet :(. Today's the day!!!
