“Excellent service center! Professional craftsmen, prompt repairs, fair prices. All work is performed efficiently and on time. I recommend! Before this, I had my wheel alignment done in Canadian tire. But the tires continued to wear out.. Wasted time and money. After the work of the center I immediately felt the difference. Driving is just a pleasure both at high speed and in the city. They adjusted the wheel alignment angles!!! The guys know their stuff and they work well and smoothly with the whole team. I am writing this review after running 350 km on the highway. The guys are absolute experts! Special thanks to Roman for his professionalism and human approach. “I came in for a routine oil change, but have never used GTO before for oil changes. They brought my car in immediately and notice something was off. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, but they brought me back to clearly show me the problem. They quickly got me an estimate and said the work would be done within the hour. Eugene kept in contact with me the entire time, and had everything ready for me to spend minimum time sitting around. “Service and everything was great. They apparently have a new policy of having the customer stay in the car for the entire time. During hot summer months it may not be a great idea to make people sit in the car without air conditioning or air flow. By the time I left the back of my shirt was wet from sweat. Other than that I recommend Jiffy Lube and I will continue to take all my vehicles there.”

I needed a clamp for my Mazda, which I still don't understand how I lost it.
I was looking for it for days in other places and couldn't get an answer.
I came here because it is the closest Mazda dealership to home.
And they solved me.
I visited them on a Monday, they told me they did not have it available in stores within Illinois, but that they would order it and on Friday I could pick it up.
They showed me a map of the parts of the vehicle to have the exact part code.
And on Thursday afternoon, they called me that I could pick up...
They helped me a lot. Thank you”

I walked in without an appointment, and they promptly inspected all of my tires, thoroughly checking for any issues. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, even topping off my tires to ensure they were at the correct pressure. It turns out there was no leak, but their honesty and attention to detail really stood out. I will definitely return for any future tire needs and highly recommend them for their top-notch service!”

“Went here with a bmw for a quick fix I couldn’t do myself, and they were honest, transparent, and very responsive. I was extremely impressed by their honesty, they don’t try to oversell you on overdramatized issues or unneeded repairs, and they provide really fair pricing (I knew what the labor associated repair time was and the cost of parts). This is my pet peeve with BMW / most European locations… all they have are trained sales men and the moment you murmur a scintilla of engineering knowledge their pre packaged response is “ you’ll have to speak with an engineer….. but she / he is not available, sorry”.
Here, you get real talk and quality work. Really refreshing to speak with competent individuals untethered to conniving intent focused on $$
