I have received the most beautiful flowers from Amling's!! They look about the same on day 16 as they did on day one!! I should have used them for my wedding! They will be my go-to florist from now on! Thank you Amling's!!! First picture is day one, second is day 16. (Lighting is different, sorry.) But they still look great!

Called in yesterday for a Masterpiece floral design for a birthday bouquet. In no way are any of the flowers shown in their online gallery what shows up at your recipient's home. Buyer beware, they sell you a dream. The cost of this arrangement was $125, plus tax and delivery which ended up at $150. I reside in the Bay Area of California, where the cost of living is incredibly high, and there is no florist here that would use mums and ferns in a $125 arrangement. This was a colorful and festive bouquet, but it looks like something from a local grocery store. Sadly, I'm unimpressed and will never use them again. Unfortunately the local Google reviews must have been written by patrons with lesser floral standards. Two stars for efficiently charging my credit card and getting it there on time (morning delivery). UPDATE: after posting my rant on Yelp, I decided to call the florist to express my disappointment. To my surprise they were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. They explained that although the flower assortment is not guaranteed that they recognized that I was willing to accept an even smaller bouquet but that the quality and premium floral varieties should never be compromised. They offered to exchange the former delivery for a new arrangement within 24 hours. They ended up delivering a new arrangement the next morning. They have since exceeded my expectations on the quality of presentation and overall customer service experience. I've upgraded their review and greatly appreciate the extra effort on their part to help make my Mom's birthday special.
