I cannot speak to the quality of the work, however I am incredibly disappointed with the quote I received. If there was no $149 one hour minimum for a tech to come to my home, then I wouldn't be as upset. However, there is and it felt a bit like a cash grab. If I ran a business and someone called to explain that they needed some Cat5e cables terminated, a switch, skeleton rack and a few wireless access points, I would give them a heads up if I thought my quote was going to come in anywhere near $7,500 and ask if they still wanted me to come out. Granted, I could probably swap out a decent amount of the enterprise grade equipment on the quote and cut it down a couple thousand, but it would still be outrageous. I would be cautious unless you are alright with potentially throwing $149 down the drain. +1 star because the tech who came to my home to give me a quote was on time, friendly, and professional.
