I took my 4 year old daughter to this ignorant Dr Desai.He screamed at my wife and my 4 year of daughter .He does not know that 225 ILCS 80/ Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987...the practice of Optometry is .....safety and WELFARE.This Dr Desai is a disgrace to this profession...After his unprofessional attitude,we talked front desk to a nice quite gentleman with beard ( he said Dr Desai is independent contractor) Two Indian Gujarati girls ( the girls were so embarrassed due to his behavior.Don't go to this vision center.we do like this Walmart except the Vision center. By the way the Pharmacy staff/ Returns section crew are good.

I normally go to America's Best but they don't take my insurance so I came here instead. I was nervous because I've been going to the same place for so long and was happy with it. I'm glad I went today though because I was VERY happy with their service. Everyone was so friendly, from the person checking me in, to the eye doctor, to the woman that helped me with ordering my glasses/contacts after. Even when I called to make the appointment, the guy that answered the phone was so friendly and pleasant. The doctor was very thorough and answered any questions I had. I had my son with me and he was very nice to him as well. Everyone was.My exam was covered by insurance, I just paid a $60 contact fitting fee and then my glasses were covered by my insurance as well. My contacts are going to be around $170 for two boxes (2 different prescriptions) when I go back and order them. The pricing was very fair and they had a BIG selection of glasses at every price point. My whole appointment was very quick and I was very happy with the service. I highly recommend this vision center. ?Edit: My glasses came in today and they're perfect! The receipt said I'd have them by the 26th and they came in 6 days early! I'm very surprised at the negative reviews because I've been extremely happy with every part of the process from booking my appointment, being seen, to getting my glasses. I highly recommend them!

This location specifically is the only one that I have experienced problems with. I ordered a 3 month supply of contacts and the last pair I go to use had dissolved and disintegrated along with the solution. I called and asked to get a trial pair explaining how the pair was completely gone and she denied I can get a trial pair. I spoke to the manager explaining the situation and he was able to give them to me. Bad communication.And the trial pair I was given made my eyes dry. This is the only Walmart vision center where I’ve been given bad contacts they need to stay up to date with cleaning out the inventory because I know the contacts are sitting for way too long.

I was very apprehensive about using Walmart for this service. My daughter needed an exam for school. The whole experience was very quick, and Desai was wonderful with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and engaging her thorough-out the exam. Desai was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that popped into my head as we talked.Pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this vision center for the level of care we received.

literally the worst place to go. Avoid this place, the doctor gave me the wrong prescription. She was rude and condescending. The check out lady was nicest person but the rest were TRASH. It's not even worth the 1.9 star review they have up for this place.

I ordered glasses a week ago, nice guy told me i can pull the mask off to see what I look with glasses. I picked up the glasses, the glasses were the other way around! I will go and choose other glasses, I was reminded that I cannot view a second without a mask as I look with glasses. very unpleasant new employee! i don't recommend this place !!!! never again !

Unprofessional Dr. Would give zero stars If I could. Luckily I don't have to return! The staff is friendly but the Dr is another story to say the least!!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
