medications never ready on time, always asked to come back later; sometimes told rx’s aren’t ready yet they are sitting in the bins waiting for pickup; no text or email notifications of meds being ready, lack of communication between different walgreens pharmacies. Used to use Wal-Mart Pharmacy which had far superior service but had to switch for Plan D Medicare coverage…always frustrating! Have never had a smooth experience there. The meds are for my husband who is a cancer patient; I am coincidentally a prescriber and frustrated that critically ill patients and families have to endure this nonsense.

The CDC's Bridge Access Program offers complimentary COVID-19 vaccines to adults lacking health insurance or those whose coverage doesn't include all vaccine costs, regardless of immigration status. Although Walgreens is listed as a free vaccine provider, they declined to administer the vaccine to my mom, citing her non-citizenship status. In contrast, CVS, under same program, readily provided the vaccine without any issues. I am puzzled by the inconsistency in service in Walgreens under the same program.

Do you like being talked down to? Like having your medication always out of stock? Like having a pharmacist ignore your doctors faxes and phone calls? Like waiting in line for however long while the staff ignores you? Then this is the Walgreens pharmacy for you.And if you end up being prescribed a narcotic medication, enjoy being treated like a degenerate criminal no matter how amiable and scrupulous you may be.

It’s been over 2 weeks to get something refilled - Actually it’s still not filled. They don’t have a clue!! Hard to get through on the phone so ordered on their site. Never refilled and they said they never received the order but it clearly shows in their site it was ordered. When they finally acknowledged they now have order they were Calling wrong doctors more than once. Saying they never received a fax from Dr office but we have the confirmations. Tried to call for days and no answer. When I did get through I asked them to call my Dr office because they denied rec fax so I could get my med filled and it’s been over 2 weeks. Joanne said she will call my Dr office after she makes 50 other calls all while laughing on the phone. Needless to say still no refill.

When a price is wrong the employees just blame the vendors that stock the shelves. Here is an idea, hold the vendors accountable or eat the price difference. Have some accountability l.

This was the final straw. I arrived at the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my wife who was going out of town this afternoon. When I got to the dt there were 2 cars ahead of me. The first one took 14 minutes to drive thru; the second one took 12 minutes; I’ve been here 10 minutes and they asked just asked what I wanted.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been. I have never seen a pharmacy that can have 4 people working and a line outside in the drive-through and in the store. If you need your prescription and call it in and pick it up in the evening. Vet on it not being refilled and you have to wait in line to be told to come back in 15 minutes 20 minutes. To wait in line for 20 minutes for them to tell the customer they don't have what they need. And we're still waiting with a line 6 deep.

I understand being short staffed and having delays in the pharmacy, but when you don't even have to worry about dealing with the drive-through,or answering phone calls since they're sending them straight to hold. how do you having 3 techs and a pharmacist on hand filling and entering scripts and yet it take almost 40 minutes to fill a simple script with less than 3 people at a time waiting in store.
