So unhappy with all the pharmacists over there - rude and super unprofessional, they have no idea what they are doing, they are just transferring you to different departments and never help you, hang up or never listen to you, super nervous and unfriendly. Can’t believe people like them are employed to help another people’s health.

I am so unhappy with this pharmacy, first my prescription was not ready for whole day when pharmacist told me over the phone that will be ready on 1 hour, my husband when there three times to finally get my medicine, They charge him 80 dollars for the medicine and I have good Rx this is on my account when I ask them to return the money, they told me that 7 days pass and they can not do anything about it . I was very sick,and couldn't get to the pharmacy earlier. I am very upset and the pharmacy staff does not do very good job.

I've never been to this Walgreens until today. I was running late for my flu shot appt, but I called ahead and Patricia was helpful checking me in on-time. I appreciated her customer service as she didn't have to do that, but it made the process smooth when I arrived. Flu shot was done quickly too.

I cannot tell you how many times I have waited in their drive thru for a minimum of 15 minutes. More often, I am waiting 30 minutes. I would not recommend using their pharmacy at all. Use Jewel Osco across the street.

Not happy with the change in prescription system made by corporate. It takes forever to get refills that are kept at the Central Refill location. I was waiting for asthma maintenance meds for a whole week to be delivered from time of needed refill. Unacceptable and at of patient needs.

0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pharmacy is unbelievably incompetent. Can't get an electronic script through the system. Can't figure out how insurance works. Can't figure out how to process a prior auth. System is always broken.

The night clerk is racist. I went to get allergy meds and she was aloof and uninterested in helping me. She kept on doing labels, walking around as I tried to speak to her and ask questions. She told me, I can’t help you! Not appropriate at all.

Worst pharmacy ever. Called for my prescription that was sent and the rude person that picked it after keeping me on hold for my more than an hour just hastily said they don’t have my prescription. Called back the next day after my doctor confirmed he sent it. I was kept on hold forever. Someone picked it and before I can say hello just say hold on and put me on hold again forever. All this while I’m at work and really in desperate need of my medication. They just kept me on hold until the call dropped. They never picked up again. Had to send my prescription to another pharmacy. If Walmart had my medication, I would never have anything to do with you guys

The other day I came in to purchase a fragrance. I had to find an employee to unlock the case, which took a while. Then I decided to return the fragrance yesterday because it doesn’t last long on the skin. The cashier immediately didn’t look happy as soon as I walked in saying I had a return. She asked if I had a receipt, which I had the digital, so they scanned it but then for some reason the item didn’t show up. Then a manager came up to help at another register. She also seemed very bothered she had to come up and that I was returning something with receipt and in good condition. Legit nobody anywhere else keeps asking me what was wrong with the item. I don’t know why employees act like my $30 refund (with receipt) is coming out of their own pockets. I read the returns policy before coming in and it was under the 30 days limit. I’ve worked in a similar pharmacy before and I’m 90% sure that item will go back on the shelf or be sent to be repackaged so the company can still profit.

I will never ever do business with Walgreens again! The last straw was trying to get an antibiotic for my sick child. After 3 hours and multiple phone calls in which they kept telling me they were having an insurance issue, I was told by their call center (the location kept sending me there!) To just go over to the location it's as simple as the pharmacist reviewing it and thats it. So I make the trip to the pharmacy for them to tell me that not only do they not have augmentin, but no Walgreens anywhere has it. Legitimately had nothing to do with insurance . This is the about 4th time this has happened. Them not having the medicine is not their fault but after all of this hoop jumping they could have at least told me. The communication is also the worst! They just kept telling me the prescription was in process.. it wasn't, they didn't have it! The last time this happened they told me that I was more than welcome to call other Walgreens locations to see if they have it! The pharmacist kept telling me how they have no control over the call center.... Well then who does!!?? Will be transferring over the osco! Also.... got my son's meds in 20 minutes.
