They have shift change at 7:00AM. Even if you have an appointment at the same time do not even try to check-in. You are not gonna meet or see anyone up here until 7:30AM relax and stay in truck and don’t forget to get your late slip after you will get loaded. In my case backed in to the door at 6:50 and and still I hope that someone is gonna load me up now is 8:05AMPray and hope))

I cant tell you the internal groaning when I see my packages arrive here. This is where packages come to die. Packages go in and very rarely do they ever come out. Been waiting on a package that entered this place over 2 weeks ago. No updates. This isn't the first time with my stuff sitting in there for extended time.

Package has been stuck with no updates for a week now. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I ordered a package last year and it sat for a month with no updates. I understand being busy , I don’t understand not giving customers any kind of update.

My package sat at this facility for 2 days before finally moving, however when I went to check it, there was an alert. "processing exception" it has now been a day and nothing has changed. Very mad, if you're going to buy something PLEASE make sure to Tell the seller to ship it somewhere besides this place.

Very Busy Location, if you get there early... you can park on the building right next door and wait until your appointment... then go and check in in order to get a dock, after that usually take 1 hour to get you load and on your way out

Terrible just terrible!! Five days before Christmas of last year (2022) I sent out three packages from my neighborhood Post Office they all came here. I paid for two day shipping. They were suppose to get to their locations which was Medford, Wi, Saint Hedwig, TX and Garland TX on Thursday and Friday. Both packages to Medford, WI and Garland TX got to their destinations on time! The package going to Saint Hedwig, TX did NOT! I just assumed everyone got their package until 7 days later I get a call from the recipient saying that it was still sitting at Elk Grove! It sat in limbo for 10 darn days! That's really ludicrously bootleg! What is going on at Elk Grove!?! She called and I called the USPS hotline and filed a claim. Then mysteriously it moved! She finally received her package on January 2nd of 2023!!! The package was smashed and had holes in it. It also had been taped in one of the areas. Her Rum Cakes were hard as rocks and the homemade Ghirardelli Turtles which I sent in a small cooler with dry ice was melted. I don't know who the managers and supervisors are at the Elk Grove USPS distribution center but you guys are failing to do your job horribly!!

Horrible service, useless workers...if you have a package coming from the Chicago area, pay extra to not have these idiots touch it. Once had them send a package all the way back to Japan for no reason after holding it countless days.
