I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.

Joana at the UPS Store is a true star. She's incredibly kind and goes out of her way to help. Her helpful nature made my shipping experience smooth and worry-free. One time, she had to redo a return label because of my mistake; I needed to add more documents to a sealed package, and she was very accommodating. I highly recommend Joana for top-notch service!

I had to get a package delivered to me guaranteed by Sunday. I was sending it on a Friday. The charge was very high and I couldn’t afford it. The staff there worked with me to bring the price down so I could get the gift delivered in time. Great people here and a great manager!!

they totally destroyed my parcel, when I submitted a claim they told me that they would not refund the costs because the parcel was packed incorrectly. I have all the photos to prove it. I will never use their services again. Now only FedEx

Completely unorganized and unhelpful. I was sent to a different UPS location 20 minutes away because this location couldn’t take my package. The location they sent me to was closed, and the employee didn’t even care to check the hours before sending me over there. Waste of time. I’ll be using FedEx now.
