So, I got the check for the wheel covers I sold and shipped. For me, all is well. I do recommend Suburban Wheel Covers to do business with. I got $10 each and would have paid 10x that to complete the oem look of my vintage 1995 Nissan Sentra. I hope someone that wants them as much as I did gets them.

Terrible customer services. Wheel skin didnt fit properly like I was told by them. They took almost 100.00 dollars out of my refund. Please dont use there services. You will get ripped off

Good business. I was looking for some hard to find center caps and the team at suburban wheel covers got me taken care of. Even took time to give me a call and let me know one of the parts was gonna be a few days. Items arrived quickly and in great condition and were exactly what I ordered. I feel confident recommending these guys.

They sent me a cracked grill cover and because I didn’t report it right away then won’t send a new one. Their customer service is awful.

Absolutely horrific experience. I ordered skins/covers for my nissan. They didn't fit. Reached out for a refund. An employee Mark said he can refund but I had to send the product back and pay for shipping. He asked if I wanted an exchange, I emailed back, no just a refund. I sent the item back with tracking. I sent Mark 2 emails, no response. I called and another employee answered. I explained the situation and that my item made it back to their warehouse. He stated that Mark was busy and will get to it in the next couple days. I stated Mark stopped responding to my emails. After I hung up, I opened a claim with paypal then magically Mark replied to my emails asking me to close my claim and then he would refund me. Seriously? I replied, refund me and I will cancel the claim. He never responded of course. PayPal just stated the case in my favor. This has been going on for 3 weeks. The worst customer service experience. Buyer BEWARE!!

After searching online for days and ordering wrong caps, found these guys online talked to them over phone and were able to help me right away and got the exact thing I was looking for great service so glad to have found them.

Needed a wheel cover for my Chevy. The image they show has the Chevy emblem cap but they do not sell those, you have to buy the cap separate. They do explain further down in the description that they do not come with the cap but I wouldn't have expected them to show an image of something different than what is being sold. Good way to catch people off guard and grab some quick money before they realize.

I had a awesome experience I ordered from eBay and unfortunately I got the wrong size I called and was told I can come in and I was help with the correct size every one was very nice I got the right size and hub caps with the logo I’m so happy I will definitely be back to order again thank you

Wow!! Much better than expected. They look like they could be stock wheels...not even the edge of original wheel is exposed like I've seen with other 'skins'. Very please with Suburban. Good job guys. mb
