Shocked to see STAPLES hiring such a Horrible Manager who’s very impatient immature young guy along with extremely Rude Printing guy named Mat. Hope Staples will look into their Staff issue at this location.

This place needs to close!! Poor customer service. 2 people a head of me waiting for the guy to show up late for work. He didn't help the us first, made waiting another 30 minutes. He start doing online orders first and making clients do a line of people........

I do not have anything against staples and their employees. When I came in for TSA Precheck, the employees at staples informed me that the TSA PreCheck system is down. I got a bit frustrated with the employee (staples Employee) because I did not receive any text message or email and especially when you have to drive over 30 minute to an appointment.The next day, when I came in for a walk-in, customers with appointments informed me that they were 2 hours behind. When I asked about walk-in list, there was not. One person took over 30 minutes to complete the process; I ended up leaving because it is very unorganized and I have no idea when would be served. I do not recommend staples location for TSA Precheck

9:15 am on Saturday but the store is closed. Sign outside, phone message, and website says it opens at 9 am. ?♂️

Same bad experience with TSA precheck. Don't put that you offer this service when it's unavailable for people with appointments and walk ins as listed on the .gov site. Took my Mom to her 530 pm appointment and Staples lied saying a cancellation email had been sent and to check our spam/trash email. The inconvenience is unreal and I saw another individual standing in the store after also driving out of his way.

Had a tsa precheck appt and was very disappointed when i arrived. Was not greeted but just told the computers were down and they had no idea when they would be back up. Not an apology or offer to help in any other way. When asked if they would take our number and let us know when they would be back up, they would not and just told us to reschedule. Zero customer service!!!

I had a great experience getting copies printed with Brex. She was very helpful with getting my file loaded, and the prints looked fantastic!

I usually have good experiences with this store, but today, October 5, 2023 was not the case. I called to check on the printing that I ordered and the young lady who answered the phone was rude. I excused her behavior because it was early in the morning. But when I picked up my order, she had the same rude attitude. The cashier at the front was very pleasant, so I hate penalize the entire store as a whole, but I will not patronize this location again.

A man named David helped me, think hes a a manager. When I was browsing he asked if I needed help and was very friendly, helped me purchase a chair and desk. Instead of asking an employee to help me load it in my car he did it himself. He went above and beyond to help, thanks David.

I love Staples. They have a well organized store and have ample inventory. I’d prefer to pay a little more and have a pleasant shopping experience. I buy my kids school supplies there every year. On my most recent visit, I needed the restroom. I was so disgusted. The toilets were filthy. There were rolls of toilet paper strewn about. The toilet paper dispensers were empty. The sink was filthy. The soap dispensers were open and empty. The paper towel dispenser was empty. There were half used bottles of cleaning supplies on the floor. Just gross. I know for a fact that Staples sells everything required to clean a restroom. My employer purchases all of our supplies from Staples, exclusively, Everything from water, to soap to sanitizer to office products. I was completely taken aback as the store is so clean and the bathroom so disgusting. Perhaps it is always this way. I wouldn’t know as in all of my years shopping here, I’ve never used the restroom. Do better!

TSA precheck location constantly behind, I've showed up twice now for a 1:50 appointment and found out from some of my colleagues in line that they had appointments over an hour and half beforehand. As this was being discussed the person stepped out of their cubicle and informed us she was going to lunch, @ 2pm. Do not come to this location for these services as they will not be provided in any sort of timely manner of at all

Staff is courteous and friendly. The TSA PreCheck representative was very helpful and efficient. The TSA precheck process at this location expedited the process I was in and out and completed my appointment within 10 to 15 minutes. The location is easy to spot from the road. The location is on the first floor. There is ample parking spaces. There is handicapped parking as well as handicapped access at the front door. This location also takes photos for passports.
