My visit at T-mobile today was beyond amazing! Once I walked in I was greeted by Brian & Ivan with a warm welcome! I was inquiring about switching providers to T-Mobil & Brian went above & beyond during my visit. He was patient with me & kept me in the loop during my transition. I couldn’t be happier to join the T-mobile family & can’t thank Brian enough for his help! If you’re looking for an honest & reputable phone company I highly recommend to see Brian & Ivan at this location! Thanks again for a top notch experience! :)

I went to T-Mobile tonight after my phone screen shattered. I was dreading it. Every experience I've ever had at a phone store was horrible, either the sales people were not patient or they couldn't help me or get data transferred overTonight was way different...it was an amazing experience. I primarily worked with Brian, who was the most patient, calmly confident, and personable person ever. He was working with Anissa and the two of them just gave the best customer service. Not only were they able to get me a new phone, but efficiently transferred everything and made sure I was comfortable working with my new phone when I left, which was the end of their day....but they still provided me the BEST service. I will no longer have nightmares about phone stores...they set the bar high. I truly enjoyed meeting and working with these two amazing people!

The nicest people I’ve ever met in any T-Mobile stores. The atmosphere that new crew brought is amazingly impressive. I had couple of things that needed to be figured out and fixed and Ana helped with ALL of it. I’ve spent hours in store and she helped me with everything without a doubt, walked me through the easiest steps and I was really welcome to come back if need to. Ivan turned on the music that I liked and we kind of spent the best time you can figuring some things out. Absolutely love the store. A chatty and friendly staff is the thing that makes you smile even in the situations when you don’t want to.I would visit this store only to see how guys dance and Ana smiles even though you open the door of this store 4th time in 3 hours. In Ukraine they say «Дякую вам велике, друзі!»

Christian and Darin the team they have there are great they helped us escape a bad plan through Verizon and cut our bill in half and upgraded our phones they are an awesome team and have great customer care this is and will be our only T-Mobile store thank you Christian and darrin

This is the best t mobile my wife and I have been to. Really friendly people willing to answer questions and they know what they are talking about. Christian and Anissa helped us out every step of the way and helped us with better options. Grate service and amazing people

I am a customer of T-Mobile and I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian and Anissa at the store. I was helping my aunt with her phone and Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that my aunt had a great experience.I especially appreciated Brian's patience and willingness to explain everything in detail. He made sure that my aunt understood all of her options before making a decision. He was also very friendly and approachable, which made the whole process much more enjoyable.I would highly recommend Brian and Anissa to anyone looking for help with their T-Mobile account. They are both excellent customer service representatives who are dedicated to helping their customers.

Phillip has always been a great help. I live pretty far from this t mobile but he always makes it worth the drive. Ever since I met him at my local t mobile I’ve made sure to only go to him. You can always trust phillip to get the help you need

Poor experience so far:Coverage: I currently have 2 cell phone bars from my house that is 2 miles from this location. Definitely Not the '5G' they promised.The guys who work here hardly know what they are talking about and don't have authority to make changes even when there's mistakes on the account they set up. They crossed lines with promotions that now cannot be undone. I have a name on my account for a person that doesn't even work for my company. Importing a line from a different account is a very cumbersome process.Outsourced customer service: It's all completely outsourced to the Philippines and you will spend two days of your life trying to fix the stores onboarding problems. Two days you'll never get back, not good for business.Price: $180 / 3 phones. Not exactly affordable like they used to be.The website to see your bill / dashboard constantly crashes and is a horrible build.When you call the store, they point you towards customer service and you're in a constant loop of hell.
